Aliexpress, naručio sam za 1$ dugmastu bateriju. Nije poslana Cainiao Special Economy već "SunYou" poštom. SY*** tracking
Dobila je sljedeći tracking US***UZ.
Za mjesec dana u pošti mi stiže da platim oko 20kn carine/Pdv i idem u poštu.
Kontaktiram Aliexpress chat, slikam im od pošte da moram platiti i pitam vraćaju li pdv/carinsku naknadu.
Kažu da vraćaju.
Pitam ja opet, može li iznos povrata pdv-a/carine biti veći od iznosa, jer sam s kuponom platio oko 0.5$ a povrat bi trebao biti 2.8$?
Kaže da, neka odem i platim u poštu, da će vratiti kada priložim slike proizvoda i koliko sam platio carinu/pdv tj potvrdu pošte.
Prvi zahtjev radim 29.12. priložim slike koliko moram platiti pdv-a/carinu (onaj dugački papirić pošte), slikam proizvod, slikam obavijest da se mora platiti. Slikam i papirić da sam platio s qr kodom od pošte. Ne otvaram dispute, već prema uputi to na chatu radim zahtjev.

Zatim opet na chat, pa opet radim zahtjev za povrat, prilažem iste slike, objašnjavam što je što i da ne postoje drugi dokumenti od pošte/carine. Još označavam na računu kako je objašnjeno.

Uglavnom, čine sve i u stvarnosti vam ne žele vratiti pdv.
Svaki put me ljubazni agent na chatu dočeka i kaže da je to zadnji put da prilažem dokaze. I svaki put za 1-2 dana dobijem isti copy-paste odgovor s nekom gluposti.
ovo je bilo jučer. Pa sam prije par minuta opet dobio e-mail da mi na računu i pdv-u piše US***UZ tracking a njima je seller dao SY****
Čak sam im onda priložio i Parcels screenshoot kao i da ispod naljepnice US**UZ imam SY*** naljepnicu.

Izgleda da samo zavlače ljude i da nikome ne vraćaju pdv.
Banggood je bio pošten i vratio mi zajedno s 18kn naknade (uz slike istih dokumenata)
