After tuning, the Core i5-12400 ties the overclocked 5600X, an impressive showing for a chip that costs $110 less. The $249 5600G is the only AMD processor close to this price class. Regardless, with a discrete GPU, the Core i5-12400 is 16.8% faster than the 5600G and 14% faster after tuning both chips. The Core i5-12400 is 22.7% and 26% faster than the Ryzen 5 3600X and 3600, respectively.
