I have immediately checked everything regarding your question and this is what I have found.

The order confirmation e-mail you received that the delivery date is unknown and that you will be informed about it with an e-mail.

That sounded a bit strange to me, so I investigated further. I have also searched for the items on the website and I can see that they are currently not in stock in our warehouses and that we are waiting from the supply from the seller so that we can ship them to all the customers who ordered them, including you.

I have contacted our fulfillment center to check why the order is not sent yet since the item is in stock.

I will monitor the issue and I will update you as soon as I receive answer from our warehouse.
