Attention do not buy this item!

This TV does not support screencast or mirror. Nor does it support Android. Can't download any good apps whatsoever on this TV. The picture is great however and the Ambilight is real good.

But I'm not happy with the purchase whatsoever as it doesn't support any of the popular apps except for Amazon Video and YouTube that's it... It's not worth the Ł999 I paid for it. Would have been better off buying a different brand. I just typically assumed it would have Android as most 4k TV sets have Android.

Can't even call it a Smart TV really. It's a little more like a clever TV not Smart.

If customer service reads this please contact me regarding a refund and we can come to an arrangement as the TV set is out of its box although I have all the packaging still including the box. I can accept losing a small amount I paid but boy I want a refund ASAP please.

I have had lots of Philips televisions, the picture quality is good as is sound its not as smart as the last tv i had from Philips so i am very disappointed. the remote control is the worst i ever had on a Philips tv , this tv has Alexa built in cannot for the life of me understand why, the menu for the setting is terrible
