Citiraj:
THPS HD used an modified Unreal 3 Engine. this modified engine was kinda mixed with the THUG2 engine. ( THPS5 was made with the same engine)
This made the game look wierd and the tricks were mostly ripped from the TH Ride game.
Thats why the tricks looked so bad. Now lets talk about THPS 1+2 Remaster: now this info is from verious interviews Tony Hawk have done to talk and promote the game.

Vicarious visions got people from Neversoft to help them out with the game. they also hired them. They got Neversofts THPS Engine that they used as an base code for the games engine.
Now i don't know if this is the newer engine ( THUG2 and newer) or the old one. but it looks like they are kinda doing the same thing as robomodo.
taking an old engine and modifying it. but this time they are not mixing it with another engine.
this time they are taking the THPS engine and remastering it. same old engine but with an new look.
its the same Neversoft engine with new look and new animations.

in short: it may look like THPS HD but it has nothing to do with it. Not the same engine or trick animations at all. remember that all skaters were motion captured both for tricks and for their character.

Now one last thing: The trick animations were always vicarious visions weakest side.
look at the ds games. most of the tricks there looks... not awful.. but not the best.
This is the first game they are making on a new console with a brand new engine. not only do they have to relearn the Neversoft engine but they also have to remaster it.

btw Vicarious Visions su odgovorni za Crash trilogiju remastered
Tako da cisto sumnjam da ce zajebati THPS1&2

p.s.
