This update focuses on Royal Navy(RN) cruiser's balancing adjustment, as well as a series of chain changes brought by the new RN cruisers.
RN Light Cruisers(LC) smokescreen consumable will be replaced by a special engine boost consumable, now's the effects:

• 15% increase in Maximum speed while enhancing the vessel's ac- and deceleration, last for 120 seconds.
• Number of chargers: 2/3（with superconductor skills）, cooling time 180/120（with mod 2 consumables） seconds.

RN LC's repair party changes, grade 8, grade 9, grade 10 (Edinburgh, Neptune, Minotaur) are equipped with consumables, effects:

• Recover 8% of the total hit point per second and last for 5 seconds. (Sharing the same calculation of recoverable damage with other countries' cruiser)
• Number of Charges: 2/3, cooling time 120/80 seconds.

15% increase based on the leaked stats is as follows:

• Tier 8, Edinburgh: Base max speed of 32.5 means an increase of 4.875 knots (or 4.9, if rounding up) to 37.4 knots.
• Tier 9, Neptune: Base max speed of 33.5 knots means an increase of 5.025 knots (or 5, assuming rounding) to 38.5 knots.
• Tier 10, Minotaur: Base max speed of 33 knots means an increase of 4.95 knots (or 5, assuming rounding) to 38 knots.

RN LC's AP changes. All tiers except tier 5 (Jade) will have the HE being withdrawn. AP's standard damage will be cut half while the AP's probable Ricochet angle rise from 45 degrees to 60 degrees and the mandatory Ricochet angles rise from 60 degrees to 75 degrees, the minimum penetration depth for detonation decreased from 25mm to 12mm.

• Black Swan now uses the AP training ammunition, with 450 standard damage point and an increasing weight, sharing the Ricochet angle with the AP of RN's 152mm Artillery. Maximum range reduced from 8.7km to 7km.
• Tier 9, Tier 10 (Neptune, Minotaur) add an NEW AP ammunition. Its muzzle velocity, corresponding to history's test data, is 805m/s. Yet this ammo hasn't been applied into the game.

RN Light Cruiser's armor enhancements. Hull of Tier 6 and 7 (Leander, Fiji) increase from 13mm to 16mm so that it won't be smashed by 203mm AP. Hull of tier 8,9,and 10 (Edinburgh, Neptune, Minotaur) increased from 16mm to 22mm and it can effectively protect against HE from 127mm artillery and greatly increase the chances of 203mm AP's ricochet.

• Belfast and Perth only have the upgrading hull effect.
