Al mene hebe to kaj AMD koristi tctl kao official način mjerenja temperature u loadu.
Baš proučavam za OC FX-eva i u 90% slučajeva nalazim informacije koje se ne poklapaju s tvojima niti sa informacijama od tog lika na kojeg se referenciraš.
Ne znam, ipak više vjerujem AMD-u i ovim opće prihvaćenim OC guide-ovima nego tom jednom izvoru koji se suprotstavlja svima.

The 61℃ is the max Tcase, it is the maximum case temperature specification.
The 70℃ is max Tctl, it is a non-physical temperature on an arbitrary scale that should be used for system thermal management policies.

Sto se tice Stilta,on je najpoznatije ime kad je u pitanju OC FXa.
Tip drzi svjetski rekord,doveo je 8370 na 8+ Ghz sa svim jezgrama.
Zato je bolje bit siguran,kad je u pitanju moj proc vjerujem onih 10% koji kazu da treba gledati temp. koji je obicno veci (tCase).
Better safe then sorry.
P.S. Tvoja maticna nije dobra za OC.
