We just got an urgent notice from the shipping company that two containers of parcels have been lost on the way. The reason is still under investigation. So maybe some of our

parcels shipped out From Oct.12th to Nov.1st were lost in this transit. Since your pacakge was shipped out during this period, if you can not receive it within the estimated

timeframe, maybe it was lost. If so, please do not worry about it, just contact us freely, we will refund or reship a new one right now. We are really sorry for all inconvenince

that have brought to you, but this is an accident, to some content, we can not control it. Your understanding is much appreciated.
