Model izlazi 2013, sadasnji model. Bit ce predstavljen na Tokijskom salonu u studenome 2013 a u prodaji pocetkom 2014 u euro. Problem je u euro normi 5 i sve to pise u Auto Bildu. Pa ak ti znas da oni nagadju super..
Imaju i novi 1.6 dizel u Hondi, 118ks.

The Autocar magazine of the UK reported that the next generation Civic Type R would be confirmed for production at the Paris motor show in September 2012 and would be previewed at the Geneva motor show in March 2013.[22]

On September 20, 2012, Honda announced that the next generation Civic Type R is indeed in the works and will be released sometime in 2015 around the same time as the NSX. Honda also stated that the goal of the next Civic Type R will be to be the fastest Front Wheel Drive production car on the Nurburgring. Honda CEO Takanobu Ito was quoted in a recent top gear article, "the Civic Type R is more likely to turn turbo. Ito said it will represent the ‘application of technologies developed through Honda’s participation in WTCC’. This isn’t mere marketing fluff, but CEO-speak for ‘the Civic will use a 1.6-litre turbo engine’, developed from Honda’s take on the FIA’s ‘global engine’ specification."
