Ovo nije prvi put da vidim barem kod SAD teritorije da policajac stane kod fara na strani vozača i tek onda piše, zašto ne znam, možda ima veze sa sljedećim:
the car doesn't have a licence plate at the front, also it's been reported that there was no registeration sticker on any part of the car;
not to mention the car being illegally parked. and then, to top it off the idiot tried to drive away from the scene and ran over the cop's foot.
how many excuses does this idiot need? get off his dick people, the guy is a certified jerk.

Police Officer Felix Recio is filling out a ticket for Mr. Chabbott’s car for parking in a no standing zone,
for not having a registration sticker, and for not having an inspection sticker,
according to an NYPD spokesman and the criminal complaint.

Mr. Chabbott, who was reportedly there with girlfriend (and former “The Hills” player) Stephanie Pratt, then returned to the car to announce “I’m leaving.”
Mr. Chabbott was “specifically told by the officer to not get into the car and to not leave, and that’s exactly what he did,” the NYPD spokesman added.
Ovo zadnje može biti istinito ili ne, ali vidljivo je da naprijed tablice nema niti bilo kakve naljepnice, što znači da policajac nije mogao samo zapisati registracijski broj i otići.
Koliko sam upućen postoji znači protokol koji ako se zaobiđe policajac ne vrši svoj posao kako treba, što znači da se vozač u ovome slučaju može izvući bez kazne zbog toga što je policajac pogriješio. Ako i jedna država ima problema sa policijom i koja postaje "police state" to je SAD, ali i da mu nije stao na nogu, vozač je daleko pogriješio, a nema rasprave tko je kriv ako je ovo istinito što se dogodilo prije same scene sa videa, da znači nije ovo prvi susret policajca i vozača.
Čuo sam i ja da je UDBA naplaćivala kazne zbog naljepnica i parkirnga, te vezala lisicama i bacala na pod... o čemu ti pričaš, dobro je pa nisi stavio kakav video sa mecima, članom Bloods ili Crips-a... "What's your name, tell us what's you name" samo je to falilo... lik ispade veća žrtva od Gandija.
