Greetings! Today i have purchased Bad Company 2 as a gift for my friend and i also purchased one copy for myself via paypal. After that i wanted to purchase one more copy as a gift but when i entered the customer information(my name, adress, etc...) there was an "unknown error" and i couldnt be transffered to pay pal. Now the game isnt on discount anymore and i dont want to pay the full price becouse i had every right to purchase it then. I also made a screenshot of the problem as proof. I would be a very very happy customer if you could give me the game at the discount as an exception!

We do not currently accept PayPal as a payment method for this game. Please remove that game from your cart, and continue to purchase any other games in your cart with PayPal. Then complete another purchase for this game using a credit card.

Excuse me, but how can you say that you dont accept paypal as a method of payment when i bought two copies of the game minutes before i recieved the error i mentioned?! I dont mind purchasing the game with a credit card but i would like to get it for the discounted price because it was your error that stopped me from purchasing it then in the first place!

Once a sale has expired, we are unable to offer the discounted price. Our billing system is automated and there is unfortunately no way to change a price for a single transaction or offer a partial discount or credit.

I understand the situation since i myself work in a company with similar services which means that i am also aware that a serious company like yours surely has a customer satisfaction program! I am also aware that today bad company 2 is again on discount(and you could have told me that a few days ago when i reported the problem!) and since im about to buy even two more copies of the game as gifts i would be very happy if you could find a way to rectify this uncomfortable situation!
