A kérdés jellege : Customer Service
Termékcsoport/Típus : Monitor/F900P

I own a LG F900P, it is several days old. After coming home yesterday, I tried to turn it on but to no effect, it doesn't turn on. The power indicator continuosly blinks orange - orange - green. I have checked all the cables, the video card and plugged in my 7 year old Goldstar 56m which works fine. What is wrong with the monitor? I'm looking forward to your reply. Sincerely, V. J.

Thank you for replying to my previous question. I have returned the monitor for servicing and tomorrow I will be notified about the situation and the resolution.

If you do not mind, I have a couple more questions.

Is it normal for the monitor in question to have very bad screen geometry? I could not set it right no mather how many hours I played with the shape controls.

Last question, no offence, but why is a lot of computer hardware manufactured in Hungary defective, dies really soon and, generally, very bad quality?

I know most Croatians despise buying things made in Hungary. I really hope you will start producing excellent quality hardware some day. It can't be that hard.

I am sorry but that is the truth.

Regards, V.J.
Da sam manje umoran bilo bi to jos smislenije.
