The game is shipping today, January 5th. Any retailers which have the overnight shipping option will have it in-store tomorrow. I do not have a list of these retailers. Any retailer which does not have that option, I do not have the dates and you will need to contact them to gather a specific date.
The game will be available for digital pre-download on Steam starting tonight (Jan. 5th) around 9 PM PST. You will not be able to actually play the game until Steam officially opens it up around 9 AM PST on Tuesday, Jan. 6th. These are times set by Steam, not by us, so if they miss the exact time (they're normally pretty good about it though), just sit back, grab a drink, and wait a little bit longer.
Europe
The game will have a street date of January 23rd, as listed by the THQ-Games website. Some retailers (GAME / Play.com) have another street date of January 30th at this time.
