Please try to write the remaining parts of your machine in your signature so we could get better insight in the matter,something like I have written in mine.Perhaps you have a bottleneck in your computer which prevents you from getting higher framerate.
Although with 1680 x 1050 with 4x AA and all maxed out,50fps seems decent enough for me.
