Intel--->> novi chipset

Pošto ću uskoro udomiti conroea onda me zanima planira li intel izbaciti neki novi chipset kao npr. 985, koji bi conroea uspio još malo iskoristit.

Hm, što fali 965 i 975 čipsetu?...i ovako su ploče dosta skupe, a i da intel izda neki novi čipset , ploče s njim će sigurno koštati puno...

pa kao šta sam rekao da još malo iskoristi conroea :)

mc_fish znam to vrlo dobro nego me zanima ima li kakvih vjesti o novome chipsetu. :)

ma uzmi si 975 najbolje...

bolje da ovi cipseti drze jos neko vrijeme..bar do Kentsfielda

valjda neće pretjerivati s cijena od 2500kn za ploču. Pa bi izlaskom novih trebale ove pojeftinit da one zauzmu cijenu od 2k kuna. :)

Ali vjerovatno ću onda uzet 975x jer vidim nema nikakvih najava.

na netu nama naznaka o 985x ali se nagađa da ce izaći sa novom serijom Intela Quad-Core

znači proći će dosta vremena do toga. :)

intel nece jos dugo izdati Quad-Core da ne unisti si prodaju conroe-a, kada se conroe dosat rasproda onda ide u akciju Quad-Core i snjime bi trebao i novi čip 985x a sada kad ce to biti fakat nezanam to su neka moja nagađanja tak da nije sigurno. pise na netu da bi trebao Quad-Core izaci u prodaju pocetkom 2007 a dok dođe u hravtsku proci ce isto kao i za conroe-a.

nemoj me drzati za rijec ovo je neka moja procjena :)

Bearlake-X chipset

The Bearlake-X chipset family will bring a support for new DDR 3 memory. Intel has been using DDR2 for a while and in the third quarter next year it wants to add support for DDR3 to these new chipsets. The chipset will be paired with the ICH9 family south bridge in ICH9R and IHC9DH flavours.

The chipset Bearlake-X will have support for PCIe 2.0, 2x16X PCIe graphics, DDR3 running at 1333 speed, Quad core support. This chipset will follow after announcement of Bearlake-P and Bearlake-G chipsets in Q2 2007. The key difference is that the first Bearlake won't have as many features as the Bearlake-X and G+ especially the DDR 3 support.

Početkom 2007. bi trebal stići E4300, po cijeni od oko $130 - 180...

Unlike its 266MHz brothers, it has an FSB OF 200MHz Why is that important? It's important because a lower FSB will almost guarantee a lot more overclocking room than the other Conroes.
The E4300 has a 9X multiplier, compared to the 7X and 8X multipliers of the E6300 and E6400. Since the primary bottleneck for Conroes is going to be FSB, an E4300 will run faster at any given FSB than the other cheapish Conroes.

Naravno ovo je sve pod upitnikom i pitanje je kaj bu od svega toga bilo.

Quad-core procovi iz Intela će izaći tijekom ove godine, odnosno krajem ove godine. I čak ne bi trebali ostati neiskorišteni jer bi in crisis (igra, jel) trebala moći iskoristiti prednosti dual-core i quad-core procova.
