Usb stick problem

Imam problem s Transcendovim usb stickom 512 Mb. Ne mogu više ništa zapisivati na njega, brisati, niti ga formatirati, piše da je Write protected, u čemu je problem?

Pa mora bit neki utility na nekakvom CD-u…:stoopid:
