samsung writemaster SE-S184M problem

pozz ljudi...muči me ovaj problem jaaako dugo..
u pitanju je ekstrerna pržilica modela navedenog u naslovu....
nemogu da nađem drivere za nju...problem je u tome što sistem jednostavno ne prihvaća da je prepozna u plug'n'play-u, a gotovo sam siguran da bi trebao da je prepozna...kad je nakačim na USB izbaci se "new hardware wizard" tražeći driver za IDE-USB2.0 Bridge...
ja bih vas molio neke upute ako je moguće,ili link za driver...ili bilo šta...
pržilica je nova, nije dvaput korištena...bila bi šteta da je razbijem o zid...a jako malo fali do toga!!

The computer doesn't recognize

USB cable is not connected properly between the computer USB port and the drive .
Ensure that both connectors of the USB cable is properly connected
to the USB ports on the computer and the drive.
Can be an OS problem. Try reinstalling the Windows OS program.
