Instalacija MMC

Prilikom reinstalacije MMC (AIW 9800) pojavila mi se poruka "UCI is not installed...". Molio bi da mi netko pojasni što to znači tj. šta trebam napravit?

Microsoft® DirectX® 9.0 and Windows Media Encoder 9.0 must be installed prior to attempting to install MMC.
