ASUS SaberTooth X58 unveiled

ASUS officially introduced the TUF Series SaberTooth X58, a new motherboard that focuses on delivering the best stability, reliability, endurance, and value. SATA 6Gbps and USB 3.0 are included in the features list, but pricing and availability is unknown.

The board has high-quality chokes, solid state capacitors and MOSFETs and a CeraM!X Heatsink Coating on the more critical surfaces and components to enhance heat resistance and dissipation. As for actual specification, six DDR3 memory slots are present, as well as six SATA 3.0 Gbps connectors, a pair of SATA 6.0 Gbps ports and three PCI Express x16 slots that are more than apt for multi-GPU SLI or CrossFireX setups. Finally, the Sabertooth features an 8+2 phase power design, Gigabit Ethernet, two eSATA ports, 7.1 channel audio and FireWire.

The SaberTooth X58 also includes Gigabit Ethernet, two eSATA and two USB 3.0 ports, 7.1 channel audio and FireWire.

Ko i svi dosadašnji. Bude ali nebu ni blizu grafičkim karticama, male rezolucije i low detalji.
Zgodna je ova Asusova matična.

Hmm, cisto sumnjam da ce integrirani GPU vrtiti novije igre - barem sto se tice zahtjevnijih igara (citaj: sve osim tetrisa, šaha, 2d igara i nekih nezahtjevnih 3d ). Salu na stranu, naravno da je moguce da ce GPU imati dovoljno "snage" da pokrene novije naslove, ali Imho to ce biti s ogranicenim detaljima i bez AA. AMD je vec demonstrira svoj novi CPU sa int. GPU-om koji "vrti" AvP3...
