Rapidshare u problemu?

Jel to samo meni ili se Rapidshare zadnjih par dana vrlo često ruši ili uopće ne radi?

jučer navečer nekaj nije valjalo

al mislim da je oko ponoči proradilo (prek noči mi se skinulo nekih 14 gb)

I meni nije radio sinoć, al sad je sve OK. Valjda neće biti nekih dužih problema.... ..

As of 19 January 2008 16:00 GMT, Rapidshare AG’s servers were shutdown by anti-piracy authorities in Germany. More than hundreds of Rapidshare servers were seized from their offices in Berlin although no arrests were made. Sources said, authorities are contemplating pursuing legal action against users who distribute and download pirated copies of software and movies from these servers.

"The GEMA (Germany's RIAA) obtained a temporary injunction against 'one-click-hoster' Rapidshare.com. If their lawsuit is successful, the GEMA intends to use it as a beachhead against their next targets, including Youtube and MySpace. From the article: 'According to GEMA, the service ... has at times boasted of making some 15 million files available to its users. The operator had however failed to obtain from GEMA a license for making copyright protected files available ... Through its injunctions the District Court in Cologne had now made it clear to the company that the fact that it was the users and not the operator of the services that uploaded the content onto the sites did not, from a legal point of view, lessen the operator's liability for copyright infringements that occurred within the context of the services, the spokesman added.'"

Rapidshare je pak rekao da to, niti da druga priča koja se proširila internetom u kojoj je Rapidshare bio meta masovnog DDoS napada nisu točne.

Jednostavno su objasnili da se dogodio veći hardverski problem pri kojem su izgubili 50Gb bandwidtha.

Zašto im vjerujem? Zato što je rapidshare.de radio cijelo vrijeme jučer. A da je ta GEMA nešto napravila, vjerojatno bi prvo rušili domaću .de stranicu.

20. January 2008 - Problems accessing RapidShare

Unfortunately, starting at 5 pm CET, one of our carriers experienced a severe technical problem with their hardware, causing a loss of 50 gigabit of bandwidth. Therefore RapidShare was unavailable for several hours. We already have taken steps to avoid this particular problem in the future.

sumnjivo mi je da se može dogoditi da samo tako izgube 50Gbit veze

pukao im je jedan optički kabel ???

ili možda 500 kabela odjednom...

Neg GEMA I RIAA pozatvaraju internet i to je to. Ma mrš.

a superiška , baš sam prije par dana uzeo 6 mj. premium i sad ču još u zatvoru završit

Moguce je da ce vam biti down zato jer imaju konkurenciju i navodno nesto poduzimaju uvezi toga

ima samo nekoliko velikih upload stranica i te su sve sitne u usporedbi s rapidshare-om
