Očito govoriš napamet i pričaš gluposti... : nono :
Slučajno imam 7200.10 i Hitachi Deskstar i oba diska su podjednako tiha osim što je 7200.10 malo glasniji pri seeku, s tim da je Hitachi smanjen na min AAM preko HD toolsa. Osim toga imam i 7200.7 koja se daleko najviše čuje i nije za usporedbu sa 7200.10...

na ovom mojem od 160GB temperatura bez venta ne prelazi preko 40, za razliku od seagatea ili wd, koji su skoro 10 stupnjava topliji....

Vodi računa da ja imam stackera koji ima 120mm vent na kavezu za diskove tako da su kod mene temperature inače nešto niže... kad mi je 7200.10 bio van kučišta bez venta pri intezivnom kopiranju na njega (cca 120Gb podataka) temperatura je bila 46C.

E to mi se svidja, inace planiram sastavit ultra-mega-super tihu konfu(sve pasivno, jedini vent je onaj na Delti ) pa ne zelim ventove na disku...
Znaci taj Hitachi se jako malo grije? Cini mi se da su i iskustva drugih slicna...
Hitachi je izgleda najhladniji...

Imam u svom kompu Hitachi 250GB SATAII i Maxtor 9tku 120GM PATA 8MB cachea.


Oba su smanjena sa AAM na min i pazite sad, Maxtor koji je jaaako glasan disk nečujan je, a hitachi se čuje, 2 puta provjeravao i AAM je na min a on se uredno čuje..

Što se tiče preporuke neznam više svi govorili za Hitachija a nije mi baš neš extra al eto.

mislim da se vidi razlika...

A kakvi su na dodir? Je li hitachi zbilja hladniji pod rukom?
Poznate su mi situacije da senzor laze, npr. moj WD iz siga se ne grije bogzna puno ali recimo senzor u full loadu kaze 55C A disk samo topao
Dok je recimo "stari" maxtor DM 10 delao na svega 29-32C, hladjen jednom osmicom na 1500rpm.
A siguran sam da je taj maxtor bio topliji od ovog WD-a...

Meni je i 46C previše navikao sam na temperature oko 30C, a što se tiče vibracija - Stacker ima gumene nosače na kavezu za diskove tako da vibracije tu nisu neki faktor...

Mislim temp hardova imaju najmanje veze sa onim kolko se disk sam po sebi grije, a najviše, dal ventilator puše po njima, kako su razmješteni (moji su svi jedan na drugom, i kolka je temp u sobi.



Najtopliji je u sandwichu. ali sada nije vruć dan, kad je onda je taj srednji 44-45 C.

Čovjek kupuje disk, a ne maxtora

NHF, ali previse problema sa njima. Cak je i legendarni bubba popljuvo te diskove zbog neopisivih problema. O Rakovom ljubljnju tih diskova nebi ni počinjao.

NHF, ali previse problema sa njima. Cak je i legendarni bubba popljuvo te diskove zbog neopisivih problema. O Rakovom ljubljnju tih diskova nebi ni počinjao.
Istina ovo što si rekao...
Dosta mi je jedan zaheb sa maxtorom, npr. ovo smeće što ga sad imam... pun qurac fileova corrupted, stalno blue screenovi zbog harda, stalno swapa, a kad počne- čuje se ko da netko melje kuruzu unutra u doslovnom smislu riječi.

Hitachi me privlači, a opet su Samsung i Seagate u izboru

Ja bi isao na seagate 10 samo da vidim dal je stvarno tak dobar

Imao sam maxtora, zbilja je imao glasan seek, tu je ovaj WD puno tisi...

@SRV: Ako hoces disk za onaj tihi komp, jedini tisi od tvog WD-a je Samsung...Govorim iz iskutsva, jer imam oba dva, a prosli su mi i jos neki diskovi kroz ruke...

Fleks kaze da se samsunzi puno griju?
BTW pomirio sam se s cinjenicom da mi valja uzet kakvo bolje kuciste sa prostorima za dva 12cm venta(naravno na 5V ), onaj prvi koji usisava ce i hladit disk, pa vidjecu da si uzmem onda samsunga. Prvo sam mislio imat komp bez ikakvih ventova, ali su me negativna iskustva nasih dragih forumasa odvratila od te zamisli...tako kako sam isprva mislio disk ne bi bio hladjen, pa me je zanimao onaj koji se manje grije. A opet sto se toga tice cini mi se da je tu hitachi najbolji...
Nisam pametan, valja mi prvo prodat ovu plocu i grafu, pa se bacam na downgrade, nikako nisam uspio rijesit probleme oko stekanja igara, a uostalom i nemam vremena za igre... Bilo kako bilo, imat cu tih komp pogodan za programiranje i pokoji DVD film
