Tu ekipu i potrošačkih udruga i raznih cehova bih sve poslao reedukaciju u zatvor. Ništa strašno, 3 mjeseca. Takvo sranje i laprdanje se može čuti samo od uhljeba, mentalna gjmnastika za koju ljudi iz realnog sektora jednostavno nemaju želudac.

Molim za savjet u vezi sljedeće situacije.

Punica je živjela sama u kući dio godine i dogovorila se s inkasatorom da plaća HRT pretplatu samo 3 mjeseca godišnje. Ne znam na koju foru je to punica uspjela izvući, a ona je stara i lagano dementna i ne zna objasniti. Mi smo doselili u tu kuću i sad u njoj trajno živimo. Iza Nove godine dobili smo od HRT-a uplatnice za cijelu sljedeću godinu. Kako sad tu živimo stalno rekoh jebiga plaćat ćemo i platio sam pretplatu za siječanj.

Nakon što sam to platio stigla mi je opomena da pretplata nije plaćena za prethodnih 5 mjeseci. Za tih 5 mjeseci nikad nismo ni dobili uplatnice, ali jesmo, i platili smo, za 3 mjeseca prije toga.

Što napraviti? Mogu li to prisilno naplatiti? Što ako i to platim pa se onda sjete poslat opomenu za nekoliko godina unatrag? Ne mogu baš odjaviti TV jer je u dnevnom boravku i vidi se s ceste.

Ona je to mogla zato jer su imali tu stavku zbog turistickog iznajmljivanja. Od ove godine su se dosjetili to ukinuti i nabit svim tim postenjacima koji su plaćali u sezoni, cijelu godinu. To je posebna uhljebarska vrsta gamadi i taj problem treba vec jednom rijesiti.
Vi ste napravili gresku sto ste platili jer ste stime potpisali ugovor i pristali na uvjete.
A to sto se vidi sa ulice, a cujte. Stavite zavjese? Odjavite tv. Na otpad odnesite neki stari tv i trazite potvrdu i to priložiti uz odjavnicu.
Ili nastavite placat.
Nek prokomentiraju ovo moje pametniji od mene ovdje. Al ovo je jedino sto ja vidim kao izlaz iz tog blesavog dodatnog guljenja građana ove izcjedene drzave. Uzimaju ko god moze gdje god moze. A kako i neće kad mi sutimo i trpimo i izlazimo samo za je*eni nogomet i rukomet na ulice.

eto, to je taj, IMO, krivi stav. i zato nikad necemo stat toj pljački na kraj, kao ni nekim drugima koje imamo u ovoj vuko*ebini.

koliko sam ja vidio do sad, ako se odigra kako treba, moze ih se skinut sa grbače.


a gospoda nek si kodiraju signal, za sta imaju sve potrebno, pa nek dijele kartice svojim pretplatnicima koji zele uzivat u rezimskoj tv.

Moje saznanje vezano za te "minule pretplate" je da je to sve uglavnom APP. E sad, pojedinačni slučajevi uvijek mogu svakako proći, ali ono što je u ovoj situaciji najlakše napraviti, po meni, je platiti te njihove "zaostatke" i onda fino odjaviti prijemnik. Trajno.

Malo je nezgodna situacija, ako dobro razumijem, punica je živjela tamo od prije i vi ste se naknadno uselili? Ne vidim po kojoj osnovi se može napraviti nešto s time unatrag pošto je plaćano od prije. To se može samo zakomplicirati, budu vjerojatno napravili ovrhu prije ili kasnije, pa onda na kraju bude skuplje. Ako i pođeš na sud, situacija je skroz nejasna pošto se "djelomično" plaćalo.

Došao HRT ispred kuće, a taman krenuo sa psom van.

Pita on mene kaj ste vi tu kratko vidim nema vas u evidenciji. Reko čega; mi smo vam iz hrt redovite kontrole.

Samo sam se okrenuo i bez riječi otišao u kuću. Pokupili su se i oni. Nisu nikaj ostavili u kasliću.

Mojoj staroj dolazili godinama na vrata.
Samo bi rekla da moraju imati službenu osobu i sudski nalog da bi ih pustila unutra.
S vremenom odustali.
Nikakvi računi, nikakve uplatnice stigle.
Kad ih pustiš u kuću i kad vide PC/radio/tv- bitka je izgubljena.

Ma i nakon toga možeš to sve fino odjaviti. Tko je u kući s omeđenim dvorištem ima idealnu situaciju. Mislim da ti smradovi najviše vole operirati po zgradama, više manje svatko pušta u ulaz.

Ma ne mislim se raspravljati s njima. Samo se okrenem i odem. Žena je dobila insrukciju da ne otvara vrata i ako je slučajno uhvate vani sa djetetom ili psom samo ode u kuću i bok.

Al danas su bila dvojica. Valjda jake snage. Fali love za uhljebatorij i diznilend.

Bivši kolega je objasnio inkasatoru da ima doma pištolj i ako ga još jednom vidi u dvorištu od kuće da će ga upotrebiti i nazvati policiju da mu je gledao ženu kako doji dijete kroz prozor. Čovjek ne laže i nikada lovačke nije imao. Znam ga 20 godina i siguran sam da priča istinu.

Uhljeb se nikad više nije pojavio.

Gledaj, sve sheme sa pištoljem su sigurno najefikasnije, samo ne treba njima pištolj gurat pod nos da ih se riješiš. Vjerujem da je to zabavno, ali nije neophodno Ta gamad vreba starice da im napakuju problem i da im od mizerne penzije izbiju pokoju judinu škudu. Ako se malo postaviš oni ne znaju što da rade i momentalno im postaješ preskupa meta.

I meni su zadnji put dvojica bila došla. Šteta da nisam bio raspoložen da jedem govna, kratko je to trajalo. Ovaj jedan, mlađi, je izgledao kao netko tko ne želi biti tu nego na nekom drugom mjestu dok je stariji preuzeo inicijativu i ispitivao me kakve ja to uređaje imam u kući. Rekoh, nemam ništa doma, TV, komp, ništa nemam. On je to tobože zapisao i pošao dalje.

Prvi problem je što je te debile pustio u zgradu. Drugi problem je što ja nisam bio u elementu pa im nisam naložio da izvole promptno napustiti privatni prostor zgrade. Drugi put.

Ja ne mislim pričati niti pregovarati s njima. Prvi put jesam gdje sam mu rekao da nemam ništa te da su linije i uredaji u vlaništvu firme za koju radim i dao sam im adresu na koju da se obrate.

Išao mi je do auta na kojemu sam bio vadio radio pa kada je to vidio obajsnio sam mu da je radio ukraden u BJ pa neka se obrati u PU tamo i ako su ga našli da mi ga vrate.

Neznam čemu tolko prijetnji i bilo čega prema njima.
Bilo kakve stvarne prijetnje ikome su kazneno djelo.

To im je posao, imaju dovoljno toga nečega u sebi da su to prihvatili raditi.

Mi ostali znamo što i kako rade, modus operandi, i znamo što treba napraviti kod susreta s njima.

Ako oni primjene neku vrst sile ili neke neprimjerene poteze, svatko se ima pravo obraniti od toga, zaštiti svoju imovinu itd.

Naivnih ljudi bude uvijek i za gore stvari od HRT pretplate.

naravno, ali zato moramo siriti pricu sto vise, da ljudi postanu informirani kako spada, pa ce ipak bit teze ovima. sa vremenom mozda postane "pretesko" pa se budu morali okrenut necem pametnijem, kao privatizaciji i ostavit puk na miru.

Čisto da provjerim s vama prije nego krenem u akciju.
Za pravovaljanu odjavu HRT-ove pretplate trebam obaviti dvije stvari:
1. Ispuniti onaj formular i zaokružit da mi je TV crko
2. Naći neki pokvareni TV negdje i odnit ga na otpad, tražiti od službenika da mi potpiše da je otpad zaprimio moj TV
3. Ta dva dokumenta potpisana šaljem na HRT-ovu adresu

Neo, u moje vrijeme tih "dokaza" nije bilo, samo sam odjavio i gotovo. Pretpostavljam da ljudi ipak odjavljuju pa zato stalno nešto mijenjaju i kompliciraju u nadi da budu ljude odvratili od odjavljivanja.

Jesam, da. Veliko je pitanje gdje uopće možeš dobiti potvrdu. Možda najbolje da "pokloniš" prijemnik nekom članu obitelji, netko tko ionako plaća pretplatu, te onda fino napišeš tu "izjavu". Ili, možda još bolje, da pokloniš nekome tko niti ne živi u RH. Možeš napisati da si ursuly van der leyen poklonio.

Odneseš na otpad i tražiš od službenika potvrdu da si predao TV, ili odneseš u servis i zatražiš da napišu da se TV ne može popravit i to je to.

Ako smatraš da je to ok, tako im pošalji. Ja sam slao s povratnicom. Platio sam prema zadnjoj uplatnici, a ostale sam ubacio u kovertu i tako im sve vratio. Povratnica je po meni ključna tako da imaš dokaz da su preuzeli.

To su budalaštine.
Znači ako mi je TV crko, ja ga bacio na otpad i otišao kući bez potvrde, znači morao bih do kraja života plaćati HRT porez? Jer mi fali papir?

Ili ga prodaš na njuškalu, naravno da će postojati kupoprodajni ugovor

Mogu oni napisati svašta ali dok god televizori nemaju official "prometnu dozvolu", lihvari nemaju ni pravo zahtijevati ovakve nebuloze.
