Acer Aspire ES1-711 ne radi kako treba

Dakle laptop je nov danas kupljen,prvo sam pregledao bios sve uredu (1.5 koliko vidim zadnji na njihovim stranicama)
Windows jako sporo instalira s tim da se nekad i zaglavi pa moram ugasit i ponovno upalit laptop.kad se instalirao nemozes nista instalirati jer jednostavno zasteka.Do cega bi mogao biti problem?probao sam vise vrsta windowsa cak i s usba pa cd-a ali ista stvar.

Ps mem test uredno prosao.s tim da se na recimo 48% vukao ko stara baba jedno 10 minuta

Provjeri po BIOS-u malo postavke diska. Zna se zablesirat lako. Poigraj se s uefijem i operation modovima diska.

Nema bas nekih postavki,osim uefi ili legacy.Kako to uopce treba bit jer se nekuzim i neznam razliku.Na eufi samo izbaci poruku da nema sta boot-at,na legacy boota ali s problemima...
Vidim da nisam jedini koji ima taj problem s tim laptopom

Probao sam ovo sve ali nista ne pomaze:

1.Completely shut down your computer.
2.Power on the system. As soon as the first logo screen appears, immediately press F2 to enter the BIOS.
3.Use the right arrow key to select Security.
4.Use the down arrow key to highlight Set Supervisor Password and press Enter.
5.Create a password and press Enter. Retype the password to confirm and press Enter again.
6.Use the right arrow key to select Boot.
7.Press the down arrow key to select Secure Boot and press Enter.
8.With the arrow key, highlight Disabled and press Enter.
9.Press the F10 key and select Yes to save the changes and exit the BIOS.
NOTE: We suggest removing the supervisor password immediately after enabling Secure Boot. If you choose not to remove your supervisor password, make sure you write it down for future use.

Edit:Rijesio sam,malo sam istrazivao i nasao.
uefi mora bit ukljucen i ovako sam frisko instalirao windowse preko stika sa rufusom

• Under Partition scheme and target system type, select GPT partition scheme for UEFI computer.
• Under File system, select FAT32.
