Starting with the ForceWare 257 series drivers, NVIDIA is now using OCP at all times, meaning OCP now protects against any possible program that would generate an excessive load (as defined by NVIDIA), and not just FurMark and OCCT. At this time there’s definitely still a driver component involved as NVIDIA still throttles FurMark and OCCT right off the bat, but everything else seems to be covered by their generic detection methods.

Moving on, I tried 1.2 V to see how much could be gained here, at default clocks and with NVIDIA's power limiter enabled. I went to heat up the card and then *boom*, a sound like popcorn cracking, the system turned off and a burnt electronics smell started to fill up the room. Card dead! Even with NVIDIA power limiter enabled. Now the pretty looking, backlit GeForce logo was blinking helplessly and the fan did not spin, both indicate an error with the card's 12V supply.
After talking to several other reviewers, this does not seem to be an isolated case, and many of them have killed their cards with similar testing, which is far from being an extreme test."

Mislim, znam da GTX 580 može ići/je išla i iznad toga (1,2V), ali svejedno, pomalo glup i nadobudan potez.

Izgleda dosta bolje od probnih verzija koje su se recenzirale ranije.

Oh-ho, nisam stigao baš pročitati previše reviewa, ali lijepa im je ovo "bolest" koja će očito imati svoju buduću konstantu kod modela.

Budem se sljedeći tjedan dokopao jedne GTX 590, pa da vidimo da li će i taj primjerak raditi na bijeli dim.

Ouchhh, ista stvar se ponavlja. Mozda ce to bit dobro ako povuku gtx 590 na kratko i sloze ju kak spada jer su nesto grdo fulali. Ja se ponadao da ce gtx 590 bit zvijer za OC sa 50% potencijala ali ne moze,bar ne jos.
Po meni su performanse ocekivane s obzirom na mrsave taktvove. Vjerojano ce se stvar minimalno popravit sa driverima. Grafa je osjetno tisa od 6990, koja je trenutno najbucnija grafa sto postoji i to je jedini razlog zasto mi se 6990 ne svida. Za 5k kuna grafa treba bit tiha.

Za 5k kn grafa treba rasturati u igrama, a za ostalo je manje bitno jer tko kupi tako nesto vrlo vjerojatno ce staviti i blok na nju. Uostalom u Hrvatskoj ako se proda 10 takvih kartica bit ce super, a vani je druga prica.

Uostalom kako ce driveri pomoci kartici da ne ispusti bijeli dim? Mogu jos dodatno optimizirati potrosnju, ograniciti je, ali mislim da je tu pitanje slabe regulacije + visoke temperature PCB-a i VRM-a. Po netu ima primjera i kada je kartica na defaultu odlazila u vjecna lovista

Hahahaha.

Kartica jest epic fail, osobno bih radije recimo GTX560 SLI ili GTX580 nego to smetlje. Da ne pricam da se za tu lovu kupi GTX570 SLI.
