Nego jedan prijedlog moderima - preimenovat topic u "vijesti iz Intel svijeta" ili nekako slicno i eventualno okacit kao sticky... jer se ipak najavljuju i nove ploce i chipseti ovdje, a ne samo C2D procovi

u čemu je e6xxx serija bolja e4xxx i p2xxx? (osim što podržava Virtualizaciju i ima fsb1066MHz) Kada visoki fsb dolazi do izražaja?

malo glupo postavljeno, ali višim fsbom će se dat veća propusnost memorijama jer ove sada su trenutno "zagušene" sa 1066mhz. Zapravo sve iznad 800mhz od memorija je bacanje para ako se neće OCati.

Gigabyte P35C-DS3R

This mainboard inherits the best of the P35-DQ6 we reviewed before. Users usually do not have a good feeling about hybrid products. Gigabyte did not disappoint us with its flexibility, performance and ovreclockability. Generally, the performance of this board is on par with the P35-DQ6. It supports the newer 1333FSB processors including all mutli core processors including the 45nm processors. It also support ASync DDR2-1066 through overclocking. We are able to overclock the E6300 to 6 x 525MHz on Air cooled.

Intel Core 2 Extreme X7800 i X7900

This September Intel is expected to unveil the Intel Core 2 Extreme X7800 and X7900 chips with 2.60GHz and 2.80GHz clock-speeds respectively as well as 4MB cache and 800MHz processor system bus (PSB). The new chips will have two processing engines and the model X7800 will cost $851 at launch. Intel is already shipping special Intel Core 2 Duo T7600G processors with unlocked multiplier and processor system bus speeds to personal computer makers planning who want to offer their customers some additional performance by pre-overclocking the microprocessors in their notebooks.

Kakav je to procesor Intel® Core™ Duo T2350 CPU 1.83 GHz L2 Cache: 2048K, FSB 533 MHz jer ga na intelovim stranicama nemogu pronaći.

Abit has launched its new motherboard series based on Intel's new P35 chipset. The new series contains three models; IP35-E, IP35 and IP35 Pro. The first is the budget version and has four SATA ports, not RAID or FireWire, while IP35 has 6 SATA ports and both RAID and FireWire. IP35 is also cooled by Abit's patented Silent OTES 2 technology. Abit IP35 Pro is in turn the top model of the series and offers a bit more than the others. On top of all dual Gb Ethernet circuits, an external CCMOS switch, quick buttons for power/reset, optic S/PDIF in and two eSATA connectors. Last, but absolutely not least we have the µGuru circuit, which clearly shows which board that is for the enthusiast. All cards have 8 channel HD sound, support for Intel's coming processors with 1333MHz bus, up to 8GB RAM, CrossFire (16+4) and solid-state capacitors.

It seems like Intel X38 Express chipset has a heatspeader on it and according to motherboard makers, it runs pretty hot when running dual graphics cards in x16/x16 mode. It runs up to more than 60 degrees in this case. However, motherboard makers will be designing fancy heatpipes for this board so there isn't too much a worry about heat. We will be seeing quite a number of X38 boards at Computex and there will be some designs that supports Intel Turbo Memory.
