Naravno da mogu zastititi. Pa to i rade vec godinama na satelitu,al ko ce im to placati. Nitko normalan. Cjeli taj koncept drzavne tv je teški bs za danasnje pojmove. To treba ukinuti i najuriti tu vojsku uhljeba koji zive na mojoj grbaci. Samo usisavaju svi. I oni i crkvenjaci. Pun mi ih je k.

Rentani stan u ZG, nije bio prijavljen TV. Podstanar kaže da su otvorili vrata slučajno kontroloru, i ovaj krenuo sa pričom da ima TV itd itd i na kraj im napisao kaznu / račun, ne znam još točno što, ali došao je sa točnim podacima ime prezime podstanara i sa podatkom da je tu podstanar!

Odakle mu to??? Podstanar je prijavljeno prebivalište, i prijavljen je na poreznu, ali oni ne bi trebali moći do tih podataka...

Na koga glasi TV/internet priključak u stanu?

Ja sam imao istu situaciju i imam teoriju (možda zavjera) da provideri daju podatke o pretplatnicima HRT-u (daju ili moraju po nekom zakonu - ne znam).

Kad sam bio podstanar u jednom stanu, uveo sam si TV (imao suglasnost vlasnika stana da smije tehničar doći i probušiti rupe, valjda im je to procedura ako nisi vlasnik stana a uvodiš novi priključak).
Nakon nekog vremena sam otišao u poslovnicu operatera i tražio da mi u adresu dodaju i ime vlasnika stana - radi poštanskog sandučića i tako to. Teta na šalteru je ustvari u moje prezime dodala -> (kod Horvat)

Računi od operatera su mi onda dolazili naslovljeni na: Ime Prezime (kod Horvat), Adresa, Grad.

Kad mi je nakon nekog vremena banuo HRT-ovac na vrata, iako sam dao svoje ime i prezime, računi od HRT-a su dolazili sa dodatkom (kod Horvat).
Baš da su u slovo pogodili formulaciju - sumnjam, nego mi realnije djeluje da eto, jednom mjesečno ISP šalje excelicu novih korisnika u HRT, i tako se polje "prezime" samo prenese takvo kakvo je, sa računa ISP-a na račun HRT-a.

Što bi značilo da HRT šljam ima uvid u tko ima "prijemnike signala" ali praktično s tim podatkom ne mogu ništa. Makar ne bi trebali moći na sudu bez kontra tužbe.

A može se napisati i vlastitim riječima "Zahtjev za odjavu" bez da se uopće koriste njihove budalaštine.
Naime, to što oni pišu po tim svojim obrascima i mijenjaju svako-malo uopće nema zakonsku težinu.
To je nešto kao kad webshop piše neke svoje uvjete kupovine koje se kose sa zakonom.

Dakle, HRT uopće nije nadležan da utvrđuje imaš li ti tablet, auto ili mobitel, niti to mogu niti smiju, to su tvoje privatne stvari.
Drugo, kakve su ovo gluposti da ako odjavljuješ npr. TV prijemnik moraš donijeti "Potvrdu ovlaštenog servisa o neispravnosti ili Potvrda o odlaganju prijamnika na reciklažno dvorište" ??
Pa ja mogu taj neispravan TV ostaviti u svojoj kući kao ukras, ne moram ga nositi na servis i ne moram ga nositi u reciklažno dvorište, to je moja privatna stvar s kojom mogu raditi što želim, a HRT ne može dokazati jel radi ili ne radi.
ISTO vrijedi za sve nabrojano.
Znači HRT se petlja u privatne stvari ljudi i određuje što bi ti trebao s njima raditi.

Svakome tko imalo kuži zakone je jasno da je ovo BS.

sve je to ligično šta ti pišeš, al HALO .. mi smo u hrvatisanu

Eto, kolegica želi odjavit tv, koji ju ganja več 12 godina, od kako se rastala
i svako malo ju ovrše, pa odjavi .. pa ovrše
u ovih 12g 3x
i više nezna kako odjavit

da, ima tv .. koji glasi na sestru, i sestrino je vlasništvo i ona plača ..



i kako ih se sad rješit


ja sam reko . jebiga, ajd nabavit od sevisa potvrdu da je pokvaren . i poslat
pa možda če stat, badava ona sad može trkeljit 12g povijet .. treba sad opet odrezat po njihovim pravilima igre i amen .. ili sam fulao igru *?

Ako se želi prema njihovim pravilima može se i tako samo će servis naplatiti dijagnostiku.
Druga solucija, može se odnijeti u reciklažno dvorište neki crno-bijeli TV iz '86. godine ako slučajno imaš na tavanu/podrumu pa se uzme potvrda...

Čitao sam drugdje da su ljudi uredno odjavili "prijemnik" sa debelo modificiranim obrascem. Jednostavno izbace sve što im ne paše i to je prolazilo. YMMV.

Ovo što se tiče ovrha, to mi nije nikako jasno. Ovrhe za što? Je li to prijemničko čudo koje prima taj famozni skupocjeni signal bilo odjavljeno ili nije bilo odjavljeno? Meni su, kakvih 6 mjeseci nakon odjave, računovodstveni šljam sa HRTa poslao "upozorenje pred ovrhu" i to za uplatnice koje mi nisu nikada niti dostavili.

Na to sam im uputio jedan relativno neugodan prigovor mailom u kojem sam dostavio kopiju povratnice i zahtijevao da potvrde kako su evidentirali moju odjavu velebnog prijamnika i da pismeno potvrde kako nema nikakvog daljnjeg terećenja, pošto sam u trenutku odjave podmirio sve prethodne "obaveze".

Isrpričavali su se blah blah nismo znali kenj kenj nije nam nitko rekao šljam šljam. Što se tiče bunarenja po pitanju ovrha, to je bilo to. Prijetili su se u nekoliko navrata prekršajnim prijavama i čak je nešto završilo i na sudu ali se njihove smiješne prijedloge odbacili. Najveći problem kod nas je što ljudi nemaju tradiciju povlačenja po sudovima zbog takvih i sličnih svinjarija. Kada bi ih se redovito klepilo brzo bi promijenili pristup. Kako njih tako i smradove iz odvjetničkih društava a.k.a. lovce u mutnom. Ekipa šalje stotine i hiljade "prekršajnih prijedloga" na sud za džabe dok nama naplaćuju sranja kada se pred istim treba braniti.

U poslovanju sa ljudima sa HRTa samo treba imati jednu stvar na umu: to je šljam. Svi do jednoga, goste se s onime što otmu ljudima od usta. To su ljudi koji profitiraju na zastrašivanju starica i ne zaslužuju niti malo poštovanja.

Ako komunalci mogu naplaćivati dodatni odvoz otpada iznajmljivačima na 6 mjeseci (onaj koji rastegne sezonu preko tri mjeseca je mađioničar) što ne bi HRT mogao 12

HRT se nalazi u teškoj financijskoj situaciji, kojoj je posljedica stagnacija (zamrzavanje) mjesečne pristojbe u iznosu 80,00 kn od 2012. godine

Očito je ovo razlog da, nikako to što imaju tri puta više uhljeba nego Grčka nacionalna TV.

Daklem, radi sveukupne situacije, manjeg ubiranja pretplate, mogla bi obaveza plaćanja iste ući i u ustavnu odredbu.

Daklem, radi sveukupne situacije, manjeg ubiranja pretplate, mogla bi obaveza plaćanja iste ući i u ustavnu odredbu.
Smislit ce nešto, mogu ubirati harač na registraciji auta. 99% auta/kamiona ima radio a na radio se placa pretplata i eto. Narod ima vlast koju zaslužuje tako i poreze koje zasluzuje.

Znaci mogu dolaziti do podataka o nama kako god se sjete? Gdpr, privatnost itd. za njih to ne vrijedi??
Glavno da nas maltretiraju sa time stalno.

Idu na ljudsku glupost, imaš primjera koliko hoćeš. Ljudi su informirani na nepotrebnim glupostima, a ne znaju osnove korisne za njih.
A da ne pričamo o samovoljnom dijeljenju osobnih podataka, puštanju neovlaštenih osoba na privatne posjede itd.

evo nakon ovih natpisa o HRT-u ja sam u strahu da ce stic uplatnice, i neznam koliko njih. jedva kraj sa krajem spajam jer zivim od tog jednog malog apartmana (nasljedstvo) i otkad mi se djete rodilo i firma zatvorila, a oni samo oce jos i jos i jos.
gdje je kraj.


treba mi pravi savjet kako i sta napravit ako stignu uplatnice, jer tesko da ce mi inkasatorsko gofno doc na vrata jer ja nisam tamo nikad. tamo su samo turisti po ljeti.
nisam nikada otkad je stan na mene placao i ne namjeravam placati tu uhljebarinu. nemam antenu, nemam maxtv, niti ikakav drugi nacin gledanja tog s*anja od HRT-a. niti bih to htio/zelio.


btw, ako se ima maxtv ili ekvivalent, jel postoji nacin odfakofanja HRT-a? pretpostavljam da ne, iako su moji starci uvjereni da da. AFAIK to nema veze jedno s drugim i cisto sumnjam da T-koma i ostali placaju HRT pristojbu iz djela love koji dobijaju od ljudi.

Nema mogućnosti za bilo kakvu olakšicu a sve živo što ti mogu napakovati budu te gledali penalizirati maksimalno. Očito da je na iznajmljivačima red da ih se dere koliko ide. Dizanje krevetarina, dizanje odvoza otpada i sada ove budalaštine.

Nije da žalim iznajmljivače, nitko nikoga nije prisilo da iznajmljuje, ali mensečini da idemo u tom pravcu da će gledati da udave što više malih iznajmljivača. Nije dobro da ljudi imaju više love, treba to srezati u korijenju. S druge strane je u redu da naša gospoda vladari dignu primanja 60% Ipak je inflacija. 60% za njih, 3% za nas.

Što se tiče tvog pitanja, ja ne vidim razliku u tome da "fizička osoba" ili iznajmljivač odjavljuje prijamnik. Tako da recimo ako dobiješ uplatnice, uplatiš jednu (za tekući mjesec) I odmah odjaviš prijamnik. Odjavu pošalješ povratnicom. Eventualne retroaktivne uplatnice ja ne bih nikako plaćao. Btw. ovo nije pravni savjet.

Ulazi li TV prijamnik u kategorizaciju odnosno podrazumijevaju li (recimo 3) zvjezdice da imaš TV u apartmanu? Ako ne, onda mislim da je stvar čista.

Ovo je slično onome kada mi je fiškal komunalca pričao o tome kako bi bilo najpoštenije da se odvoz smeća naplaćuje kao porez i uzima direkt od plaće. Skoro sam se sasro na parkiralištu kada je to rekao, šta je tim budalama u glavi.

Ako smetlari naplaćuju 20€ onda i ovi drugi smetlari zaslužuju barem toliko. Skupo je, nema se, teško im je. BTW, kada su smetlari digli 50% prije kakvih 8 mjeseci, nisam čuo da je nitko niti zucnuo. U biti, na lukavo su odradili i digli sa 100 na 120 pa na 150 par mjeseci kasnije. Žabe, vrela voda i sve što ide s time.

Dva puta je dosao lik iz hrt, prvi put sam kosio travu. Rekao sa da ne znam nista, da sam radnik kojem je gazda platio da pokosim travu i obrezem zivice. Drugi put sam pred kucom serafio po autu. Rekao sam mu da sta hoce, da pokusavam susjedu zamijeniti remen od klime, da je covjek na poslu. Otisao je. Ne placam to sranje nikako
