A ništa traži da ti daju tih 50+% na neke druge sluške.

Mislim možeš ti njih dobiti ako imaš potvrdu narudžbe naravno, pitanje je samo želiš li ići u neke prijave i gluposti.
Ne možeš im ništa.

Već jedno vrijeme ih štiti zakon da imaju pravo na grešku online.

U skladu s pravnom regulativom, važno je razumjeti da prodavači nisu uvijek obvezni poštovati pogrešno navedene cijene. Međutim, u nekim jurisdikcijama, ako je kupac već izvršio kupnju po pogrešnoj cijeni, prodavač može biti obvezan isporučiti proizvod po toj cijeni, osim ako nije jasno da se radi o očitoj grešci.
Imali smo sličan slučaj već prošle godine, nitko nije izvukao ništa.

Pozovu se na grešku u cijeni i to je to, piši kući propalo.

U redu je da ljudi imaju pravo na pogrešku i na neznanje. Kao npr. trgovine i AP.

Međutim, ono što nije u redu je da malograđani nemju ta prava. Obrana neznanjem ne drži vodu a pogreške često skupo koštaju, u stvarnom svijetu

Ne možeš im ništa.

Već jedno vrijeme ih štiti zakon da imaju pravo na grešku online.

Imali smo sličan slučaj već prošle godine, nitko nije izvukao ništa.

Pozovu se na grešku u cijeni i to je to, piši kući propalo.
Reci to Mall-u koji je isporučivao laptope vrijedne 1500€ po cijeni od 183€.

Znam za tu situaciju isto tako.

Ali je taj isti Mall.hr isporučio samo nekima a nekima nije.

Isti taj Mall je odbio brdo narudžbi takve vrste, jer griješe konstantno.

Nemoj jedna primjer njihove gluposti i odluke uzimati kao pravilo. Zakon je jasan. Sve ostalo, je natezanje i NJIHOVA dobra volja.

Krivo na to gledaš.

Imaš ti brzo zaštita i privilegija kao kupac.

Ima pravo vratiti nešto u roku 2 tjedna bez da navedeš razlog. Super privilegija. Vjeruj mi, to stvara probleme prodavačima. Štiti nas puno toga, tako da, ti, kao kupac sigurno ne misliš to. Oni kao prodavači imaju kompletno drugačiji ugao i pogled prema ovome.

Uplatiš slučajno krivo novce nekome na IBAN (zezneš jednu brojku). Dobiti ćeš svoje novce nazad. Isto greška, dešava se.

Nisam na ničijoj strani, ali greške se dešavaju, ne moraju ljudi ispaštati zbog toga.

Mislim da ti krivo gledaš. Previdi neke uplatnice (omaškom) ili samo ih nemoj dobiti poštom (a ne tebi je teret da postupaš kao da si ih dobio) pa kada ti sjednu za vrat probaj sa tim Mall.HR i AP objašenjima na sudu. Da se razumijemo, sud će neukoj stranci pomoći (iako su oni sami često jako neuki pa ti vidi) ali te priče o "pogriješio sam pa nikom ništa" ne prolaze.

Ja ne pričam o zaštiti već o masovnim pogreškama od kojih su samo neki izuzeti. Ja razumijem da puno ljudi zlorabi tu shemu sa dva tjedna, ja to ne radim. Koristio sam to svega par puta tijekom godina i to onda kada je prodavač prodavao proizvod koji ne vrijedi ni 20% od navedene cijene, jer je kvaliteta toliko niska da je proizvod na granici tehničke neispravnosti.

Zbog čega sam ja kao jako zašićeni kupac u tim slučajevima nagrađen plaćanjem poštarine u oba pravca. Moj novac je bio ispravan i sve je štimalo u specifikacijama.

Ovo s uplatom na krivi iban, još nisam imao užitak pokušavati se natezati s bankom oko takvog nečeg. Vjerujem da je brzo, efikasno i ugodno. Svaki puta ako ručno ukucavam IBAN provjerim dvaput s lijeva nadesno i s desna na lijevo.

Greške se dešavaju, ali samo neki za iste odgovaraju. Da li ti razumiješ o čemu ja pišem?

Razmijem i ne mogu reći da se slažem, jer ti pišeš o osobnom iskustvu i subjektivnom mišljenju.

Ne plaćanje svojih obveza i napraviti grešku na web-shopu nije ni 1% slična situacija. Pokaži mi jedan Zakon koji tebe štiti od ne plaćanja svojih računa. Ne izmišljamo pravila ovdje, tako je kako je. Zakon o online cijenama je vani već jedno vrijeme.

To što ti ne koristiš svoja prava, vjeruj mi, ima ljudi koji ne samo da koriste, nego zlouporabljaju iste.

Zaštićen si kao i svi drugi, kupac ima svoje obveze i prava, u ovom slučaju ih štiti Zakon. Slagali se mi dva ili ne, jebiga, tako je.

Pitaj jednog Uzi-a što misli o svojim a što o kupčevim pravima, pa ćeš vidjeti da nije sve tako crno na bijelo.

Ne govorim bezveze, znam kako je. Greške se dešavaju, nikome na žao, ti kao kupac u ovom slučaju nisi oštećen, vratiti će ti se novac i nikome ništa.

Cijena će biti ispravljena, imaš sva moguća prava da kupiš po ispravljenoj cijeni.

Da je od kritične važnosti da ta roba stigne do kupca, kupili bi ju i po punoj cijeni.

Dobio isti mail od njih za te sluske,slozio iim odgovor da me ne zanima nista jer ja sam te sluske kupio i kartica mi je terecena za taj iznos
Nakon 10min mail od glsa
"Instar center d.o.o. - WEB upravo priprema Vašu narudžbu te će paket uskoro predati GLS-u. Kada to učini, potvrditi ćemo preuzimanje paketa i obavijestiti Vas o očekivanom vremenu dostave."
Tako da ja ocekujem te sluske

Ne kuzim zasto konstano drvis po tome i spominjes gdje god mozes kad ti je vec 100 puta receno da je to njihova dobra volja a ne zakonska osnova....
Drobite gluposti. Mall je isporučio laptope hrpi ljudi godinu+ nakon narudžbi ne radi dobre volje, nego jer je slučaj tek tad stigao na red kod inspekcije koja je rekla da moraju isporučiti.

Jedan Mall radi dobre volje ne bi olovku isporučio, a tek laptop od 1500€.

Laptopi su koštali 1850 € , ne 1500 € .

Mall je isporučio laptope te još dobio i kazne .

Razmijem i ne mogu reći da se slažem, jer ti pišeš o osobnom iskustvu i subjektivnom mišljenju.
Dok ti s druge strane barataš samo ledeno hladnim činjenicama.

Slična je 100% ako je do neplaćanja došlo pogreškom.

Ne izmišljamo ih mi nego netko drugl. Ti moje argumente iznoš i bolje nego ja, ali sam ja odavno raskusurao s laganjem samog sebe. Ne mogu očekivati da ćeš razumjeti što ti pišem ako ne razumiješ niti to što sam pišeš.

Dakle, moje osobno iskustvo i subjektivno mišljenje (postoji li mišljenje koje nije subjektivno? hint: ne) nije bitno, ali tvoje subjektivno mišljenje o osobnom iskustvu neke nedefinirate treće strane je relevantno? Zanimljivo. Ova rasprava je savršen dokaz potrebe uvođenja izučavanja logike u školski sustav. Još jučer.

Znaš kako znaš da ljudi nemaju argumenta? Obično kažu nešto kao "jebiga".

Ako UZI razmišlja iz pozicije nekoga tko želi biti zaštićen od vlastitih pogrešaka onda mi predmetno mišljenje nije potrebno jer ga znam bez da mi itko išta govori.

Ako je kupac predmetni proizvod, kojeg je kakav je bio oglašen kupio i platio unaprijed, ima u planu prodati za više nego što ga je kupio, onda možemo smatrati da je oštećen.

Ako možemo izmišljati kako kome više paše, onda mogu i ja izmišljati razne scenarije u kojima mogu biti oštećen. Npr. pojma nemam o tehnici, kupujem laptop, nađem gdje je najjeftiniji, naručim i platim. Imam puno posla, ne stignem pratiti mail a laptop mi je potreban za poslovne svrhe naredni tjedan. Konačno dođem za vikend do malo zraka, idem riješiti zaostatke u inboxu i eto, predomislili se i stornirali moju narudžbu. Jesam li oštećen? Tvoj odgovor je vjerojatno "jebiga".

Bojni poklič statista. Toliko daleko je to došlo da se dvoje ljudi na nasumičnom forumu ne mogu složiti oko očitog: da nije u redu da su određene grupe ljudi zakonom zaštićene od pogreške ili neznanja.

Ja nisam za to da se trgovine razvlači po sudovima i inspekcijama zato jer je netko nešto pogriješio. Ja sam za uvođenje koncepta osobne odgovornosti u sve sfere društva, kvalitetnu organizaciju rada i ravnopravnost.

Da se ti ja ne možemo složiti oko toga da su određeni pojedinci zaštičeni od pogreške i neznanja nije istina. Na vlastitoj koži sam osjetio što znači biti zaštičen u trenutku kada sam bio uvjeren da to nije moguće.

Ali ovdje se ne radi o tvom i mom mišljenju, radi se o mjerljivim stvari. Radi se o jedinicama i nulama. Hoće li pojedinac dobiti narudžbu ili ne i zašto će je dobiti ili ne? Hoće li taj pojedinac isto riješenje prihvatiti i/ili će se boriti i probati dokazati da nitko nije zaštičen.

Ja kažem, go for it. Borite se, ja samo kažem da sam se borio s vjetrenjačama više puta, na kraju ispao jeben.

Zakon je jasan, na žalost.

Mozes uploadati rjesenje od inspekcije?

Isto tako ako netko moze iz zakona izvuci clanak koji kaze da ako se dogodi greska sa formiranjem cijene da su svejedno duzni isporuciti naruceno?

Dobio isti mail od njih za te sluske,slozio iim odgovor da me ne zanima nista jer ja sam te sluske kupio i kartica mi je terecena za taj iznos

Bacite oko na AliExpress app. 512GB i 1 TB verzije su dosta snižene.
Akcija se ponavlja. Prvi put mi je promaklo, drugi put sam ulovio jednog koji mi je došao u petak, i sad ide po treći put.
Dolazi u plastičnoj zaštiti, ne u original kartonskoj ambalaži, ali je ok, nov je.
Nisam stigao detaljno istestirati, ali ponaša se očekivano u eksternom kućištu.

Evo pa računaj


Gore je ovaj koji je upravo stigao. Srednji je došao početkom mjeseca, a najbolji deal je bio na Orico koji mi je došao prošle godine u pola cijene.
Naravno, poprilično je sporiji u odnosu na Crucial, pa realno ni ne vrijedi više.
Uglavnom, 2 su u eksternim kućištima, a ovaj zadnji u laptopu.

Ne znam jesu li poštarine i porez isti, pa u tome može biti razlika

Sta tebi uredno prolazi checkout na hr adresu?
Niti prolazi niti je više ta cijena, sad je veća.
Toliko postova oko QLC budget ssd-a koji je na akciji bio 48 eura, 12 eura jeftinije nego kod nas, ali upitnog jamstva.
Po meni nikakva spešl akcija.
Amazon je pun akcija na ssd-ove malo-malo, i to na dosta bolje modele.

A i ako sam nešto naučio to je da i u eksterne ssd-ove treba ići što bolji disk s dramom jer ovi jeftiniji bacaju errore pri većem prebacivanju.
