Dakle koji clusterfuck od usluge, preusmjerio paketu OEX shop (Tisak) u subotu, dobio u mailu broj paketa, dodjem tamo da ga preuzmem kad gospodja kaze da njima treba onaj stari broj paketa koji pocinje sa 191, a njega nema u mailovima niti igdje jer je Overseas presao na novi format brojeva za pracenje. Korisnicku sluzbu sam pretprosli tjedan zvao i cekao 45 min da bi mi cijelo vrijeme vrtilo "vi ste iduci korisnik u redu cekanja", znaci telefon 0 bodova.

Evo, i meni se sad desilo prvo prilično loše iskustvo sa njima, inače je bilo ok.

Naručio neku pošiljku s pouzećem, u petak dobijem poruku da je paket na isporuci da bi dalje obavijesti išle “paket je prevelik za OEX Parcel shop” i “paket preusmjeren prema odredišnom parcel shopu”

Ja sam paket naručio na kućnu adresu, a ne nikakav parcel shop. Na telefonu sam čekao 65 minuta da se javi da bi žena koja se javila rekla da prvo mora provjeriti gdje se paket uopće nalazi jer nije nigdje isporučen nego stoji zadnja poruka za odredišnu parcel shop pa prvo moraju locirati paket…

Moje iskustvo - promijenili su i aplikaciju za preusmjeravanje paketa. Prije cca 2 tjedna dobijem obavijest da mi stiže na kućnu adresu. Standardno sam uvijek preusmjeravao na paketomat ili neki oex shop tipa tisak. Kliknem na novom sučelju aplikacije preusmjeravanje i bez ikakvog pitanja samo piše "preusmjereno u OEX parcel shop" bez da mi je ponudio odabir. Srećom dostavljač je zvao prije isporuke, pa sam zamolio da ga ostavi negdje na paketomatu ili kiosku. Nadam se da su to promijenili do sad. Isto tako preko aplikacije mi nikako nije htio otvoriti paketomat cca 6-7 puta koliko sam u zadnje vrijeme podizao pakete, dok bi ga preko browsera i istog sučelja bez problema otključao. Baš me zanima da li još uvijek imaju problema s tim.

Radili su "upgrade" sustava i više nema e-maill obavijesti dan ranije kad paket sa Aliexpressa uđe u Hrvatsku i stigne u njihovo skladište..
Sada samo puste obavijest na mail ujutro da paket ide na dostavu.

Pozitivno je barem (kako kome ) što možeš pratiti dostavno vozilo u stvarnom vremenu gdje se nalazi, pa kad vidim da kasni u odnosu na predviđeno vrijeme i stoji blizu npr. mcdonaldsa sat vremena, onda mi je jasno da je i meni vrijeme za gablec, baš kao i njemu

Imaju, preusmjerim ga na studenac u zgradi oni mi pošalju obavijest da mi je paket u paketomatu 4 kvarta dalje. I jos sam morao instalirati i registrirati account na directme apk da bi mogao preuzeti paket. Užas.

Ovaj moj dostavljač je stvarno OK. Već duže vrijeme dostavlja taj dio. Jučer me zvao bio sam doma. Izađem iz kuće i evo njega. Kad sam na poslu kažem mu samo potrubi bude baka izašla van. Ak nema nikoga ostavi na kanti za smeće u dvorištu.

Danas dolazi dostavljač i zove me, velim doma je netko, prvi kat.
Zamoli me da siđem dolje jer od 01.10 imaju nova pravila i ne smiju više ulaziti u zgrade zbog gospode iz trećih zemalja koja su bila previše "slobodna".

Ja kada pokusam preusmjeriti stalno izbacuje pogresan telefon i tak svejedno jel ga unio u formatu 095xxxxxx ili 95xxxx ili 38595xxx a +38595xxxx nije ni moguce upisati +.

Jel ima neka mobilna aplikacija za telefon sa tim mogucnostima za preusmjeravanje?
