Ja se borim s fiskalizacijom 2 u maminoj firmi već tjednima, svi se rade blesavi, koga god da pitam, nitko ne zna ništa.

Mama nema knjigovodstvo vanjsko, radi već 30. godina sve sama, mislim da će morati na neko vanjsko knjigovodstvo preći.


Mislim da čak i ne mora uzeti vanjsko knjigovodstvo, ali bi bilo dobro da prijeđe na jedan od ovih programa tipa FIRa ili Minimax

Inače, jel ovaj centralno-planirajući užas uopće imao kakvu javnu raspravu? Mislim barem se računovođe mogu pobuniti jer je prilično očigledno da za par godina uopće neće biti potrebni
Iako da, ako je ovo stiglo iz KP odnosno euro komisije, onda valjda nije ni bitno što kažu u lokalnoj KP. ALi sve u svemu, ovo je užasno a tvrtke koje imaju jaku konkurenciju i standardizirani proizvod/uslugu će uskoro jako nahebati.

U zakonu jasno stoji da informacijski posrednici odgovaraju samo za ispravnost programskog rješenja, a porezni obveznici, odnosno tvrtke koje su dužne izdavati i primati e-račune su moraju voditi računa upravo o te dvije stvari. Pritom je država prepustila ugovaranje police profesionalne odgovornosti i cyber osiguranja dogovoru između tvrtki i informacijskih posrednika.
Ako izgube vasu arhivu eracuna, stize kazna od porezne, tako da je treba backupirati i lokalno. Isto kao i do sada, samo ovaj puta i treca strana ima uvid u privatne podatke firme. Jos jedan parafiskalni namet.

Moze li se mjenjati "operater" te nazovimo "usluge" ako recimo nisam zadovoljan sa nekim kojeg MORAM po SILI zakona izabrati ove godine? I sta ako promjenim, dali onda stari operater posalje bazu novome ili kako je to osmisljeno ?

Mozes mjenjati tzv informacijskog posrednika u poreznoj i netko je rekao da su vecim firmama htjeli naplatiti export baze. Najbolje je lokalno spremati racune, onda si siguran, sve ostalo si na milost i nemilost informacijskih posrednika.

Netko je preporucio pondi, sad njih testiram, fina naplacuje sve zivo i nezivo, pa sam odustao od njih. I jako su iritantni, svaki mjesec salju dva racuna, a kod pondija sam uplatio prepaid i miran sam pola godine.

A jebemti.. Baš njih misli oodabrati.
Pojma nemam šta uzet. Mikroeračun?


Ja sam još paušalist, radim samo B2B tako da sve što u ovom trenu trebam je odabrati pristupnu točku za zaprimanje eračuna.


Čak si razmišljam da uopće ne zaprimam račune za obrt, mislim obrt je u mom prostoru, nemma nikakve režijske troškove prema nekom drugom
Jel to tehnički legalno? da sve eventualne troškove obrta plaćam privatno?

Obrt ima isti OIB kao i ti, za razliku od firme koja ima vlastiti OIB. Ne znam kako bi netko mogao dokazati što si potrošio ti, a što obrt. Ionako ti ti troškovi ne ulaze u troškove obrta i ne možeš tražiti povrat PDV-a s njima.
Što se tiče eračuna, uzmi najjeftiniju opciju.

Obrt ima isti OIB kao i ti, za razliku od firme koja ima vlastiti OIB. Ne znam kako bi netko mogao dokazati što si potrošio ti, a što obrt. Ionako ti ti troškovi ne ulaze u troškove obrta i ne možeš tražiti povrat PDV-a s njima.

Pa da, zato si i mislim da mogu proći bez zaprimljenih eračuna. Ne dam im da me tlače s tim ako mogu izbjeći

Pa da, zato si i mislim da mogu proći bez zaprimljenih eračuna. Ne dam im da me tlače s tim ako mogu izbjeći
Vidi da li ulazis u besplatni eracun sta je napravila porezna. Znam da ulaze firme izvan pdva, provjeri sa obrte. Iduce godine ce biti eracun obavezan za privatne osobe, zato svima trgovacki centri guraju bonus kartice i gluposti.
Ako ne spadas u to, po meni pondi iz Splita je najbolji izbor, za sada radi dobro, uplatio sam 50 eura i miran sam pola godine. Za razliku od fine koja svaki mjesec salje 2 racuna i naplacuje sve zivo i nezivo.
A razlila je ogromna fina je 0.3 eura po racunu, a pondi 0.08 eura, i fina naplacuje arhivu, tih par kb na disku, a kod pondija je besplatno.
A poucen iskustvom banaka, najbolja opcija je sve rucno skidati, sad me banka vec tjedan dana voza za izvode koje bi skinuo u par minuta da imam pristup.

Dok se nas gura u elektronicke dokumente, NATO misli drugacije:

Francuski zastupnik François Kalfon primijetio je da ‘za isti konvoj kamiona‘ može postojati više različitih zahtjeva u svakoj zemlji. Papirnati dokumenti vjerojatno će i dalje biti obavezni, jer NATO zbog straha od cyber napada preferira postojanje fizičkog dokumenta.

Imaš negdje moj post koji sam napisao nakon seminara o fiskalizaciji 2.0, i ako radiš samo B2B prema inozemstvu, imaš neke izuzetke , al da me ubiješ koje nemam pojma, pa pogledaj tablicu koju sam stavio.

Ja sam trenutno na minimaxu, ali razmišljam o prelasku na FIRU jer mi je Minimax dignuo živce što je izbacio Pondi iz aplikacije kao providera (ostavio jer mER koji je najskuplji), i sada gura svoje rješenje koje je 0,29 € + PDV po e računu, a pondi je 0,08 €+PDV po e-računu.

Kakav je support od FIRE?

Bubo bi bez veze, koja je prednost jer nismo testirali eposlovanje za sebe.
Uzeli probat FIRA soft i svidio nam se.
I soft i Marko koji je bio na usluzi za pitanja..
bdw i FIRA ide prek Pondija.

Ima paketa tipa par jevreja mjesečno..prepaid ili postpaid kak ti paše, ne moraš imat ugovor

FIRA je ERP.
E poslovanje je samo informacijski posrednik.
FIRA isto tako koristi eposlovanje kao svog informacijskog posrednika.

Isto tako smo savjetovali strankama koje koriste soft od Superiusa da ostanu na njemu.
Njih cijena ne smeta a godinama su pouzdani i sa dobrom podrškom.
