They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. To se namjesti, bez obzira na to što je.
Zamijenis tipkice i gotovo.
I naravno, postavis u postavkama da je qwerty ili qwertz tipkovnica, da ti pase uz redoslijed tipki.

Oni te neke čudne rokove znaju često ažurirati. Pitanje je što se u ovom konkretnom slučaju događa. Meni su u zadnje vrijeme par puta dali neki opsceni rok za dostavu pa ga onda dobrano skratili kroz par dana.

Instar je uključivo kod za aplikaciju 20€ skuplji, ja si radije to ostavim sebi. Nije akcija ali IMO ide pod nisku cijenu jer ne nalazim usporediv monitor za te novce.

Na jednom našem webshopu (imaju i fizičku trgovinu) je jučer bila greška u cijeni. Kolegica je kupila TV za 70 eura umjesto 700. Danas stiže mail da storniraju narudžbu, greška itd.
Ima li kolegica kakvu osnovu bar tražiti neki poklon bon ili tako nešto?

edit. Zanemariti pitanje. ChatGP kaže da shop ne mora ispoštovati ugovor ako je greška očita (npr. 70 eura umjesto 700). Druga situacija bi bila da je recimo bilo 500 eura umjesto 700.

U ovom slučaju jeste točan.
Svako malo ista tema i isto trkeljanje oko toga.
Očita greška je greška i trgovac NIJE dužan ništa ispoštovati, uključujući nekakve bonove za pretrpljenu duševnu bol kupca. Samo je dobra volje trgovca ako će nešto ponuditi.

Nema zakona koji trgovca može natjerati da ti mora prodat po cijeni koja je na webu bez obzira greška ili ne ako u uvjetima imaš navedeno da predmet prodaje nije realiziran dok isto ne potvrdi prodaja. Ako nemaš onda si idiot.
Ako si kupio po krivoj cijeni i vadiš se na plaćanje karticom, ništa od toga, sredstva su samo rezervirana i storno ide instant (ako imaš imalo ozbikjan i smislen webshop).

Ovo govorim kao netko tko je nedavno pustio webshop uz mnoge konzultacije s pravnikom.

Good honest hard-working people -- white collar, blue collar, it doesn’t matter what color shirt you have on -- good honest hard-working people continue -- these are people of modest means -- continue to elect these rich c*cksuckers who don’t give a f*ck about them. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don't care about you at all -- at all -- at all. And nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. That's what the owners count on; the fact that Americans will probably remain willfully ignorant of the big red, white and blue dick that's being jammed up their assholes everyday. Because the owners of this country know the truth: it's called the American Dream, because you have to be asleep to believe it.
