AMD64 Clock Utility, version 1.1
A64CLK is a simple utility designed for realtime CPU frequency monitoring and realtime adjustment of the CPU multiplier (FID) and voltage level (VID) of the supported CPUs via processor's power management model specific registers (MSRs). An AMD Athlon(tm) 64/FX family CPU supporting processor performance states transitions (known as AMD PowerNow!(tm) or AMD Cool'n'Quiet(tm) technology) is required. The presence of this feature is automatically detected at the program startup. Support for other processor, like mobile Athlon XP, or Opteron-based multi-processor systems, hasn't been confirmed yet...
