Problemi na AN7...

Ima par dana da imam problema, sad cu napisati trenutno sto je. Ispod ovog kratkog imate roman od 01.03. Kad ga upalim nece da se boota. Fanovi rade, MB radi samo nista na monitoru, constanti beep iz MB i POST CODE na "C3" - expand compressed bios code to DRAM. Odoh na resert prvi put, drugi put i sve proradi. Windowsi kazu fatal error i PLAVi EKRAN, sa porukom: A problem has been detected and WIndows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

Jos jedan restart i sve je OK. Komp radi, nisam isprobavao granice max 3 sata. Izvadio CD-R i modem ali sve isto. Kad ga ugasim na 5 minuta i ponovno ga upalim nema problema. Ali kad je ugasen vise od pola sata i vise opet imam problem. Beep iZ MB-a, u Windowsima PLAVI Ekran. Restart i OK. Ludim vec 4 dana.....

I have big problems with my computer. My AN7 MB doesnt want to boot somethimes:

In Bios all default CPU and RAM, CPU on 333 and RAM on 400(optimal), RAM DIMM 1-2.
1.) All work fine till two days(1.3.) ago when WIndows reported fatal error just after
complete boot. Something "Windows discovered fatal error with hardware....to send report..see details....." Windows will be shut down to prevent damaging system(something like that). And if I dont tuch anything then comes BLUES SCREEN.......
2.) 02.03. - Same thing like previous problem. I decide to make reinstal WinXP and formatdisc. First time formating goes well and copying too. After first boot begins instalation and just one minute (where i must put language and other) comes BLUE SCREEN with message:

And I repeat instalation (just resert, no instalation from start no copying files on disc)
and same thing BLUE SCREEN (same time same place in instalation). And I again formated disc copying files on disc and same thing. I was thinking that HDD was bad and I replace it with new one and there is same problem - BLUE SCREEN, same massage same place and time. Next time when I try to boot nothing happend. Nothing on monitor just black screen, procesor working and fans. BUT ON MOTHER BOARD ON POST CODE stand number "C3", c3 means - expand compressed bios code to DRAM. I dont know what that mean but I think it is problem in memory. Then I resert again and same thing. I turn off power complete and I wait 1 minute. Turn on and its OK, system boot. But same thing with instalation - BLUE SCREEN. Go sleep 4am 03.03.

3.) 03.03. Get modem from MB. I was thinking about memory and I change properties for memory. Now, By SPD, frequency 333MH like procesor. Change location of RAM in DIMs. Now DIMM3 and DIMM2. Make again formating and copying files on HDD and instalation goes OK. Thinking THANKS GOD. Everything was nice. Work about 3 hours and turn off. When I come back for about 2 hours and turn on computer I get again "C3" message on POST CODE and constant beep from MB. No boot. Nothing on screen, procesor work, fans too. Resert and system boots up. When Windows boots up I get again message that: A problem has been detected and WIndows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.... BLUE SCREEN. And again restart, next time everything is OK. No "C3" and no message from Windows. I have 5 times restarts to see if this thing will be again but everything is ok. Now I work on computer for 3 hours and its OK. Put back modem and everything is OK.

4.) This morning same thing like yesterday. Turn on comp and nithing happens. Fans work, MB works but no boot. Back screen on monitor. I get constantly beep from my MB. On POST CODE I get "90" - Complete iGuru initial process, AWARD BIOS take over booting job". Beep still on. Take resert and again nothing. Nothing on monitor. Then I turn off and on monitor take another resert of comp and everything goes well this time, system boots up. Then in WIndows I get BLUE SCREEN. This is message:
A problem has been detected and WIndows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

And again restart and now this tim works good. Whats is going on with my computer. Is it MB, RAM or power suply? I get same problem with turn on cold computer. No boot. But when I turn off comp and turn on for 5 minutes I get no problem. Please help me........

Nisam naravno sve ovo procitao, ali sam cuo jedan trac koji moze i nemora biti istinit. Navodno je neki tip u jednoj firmi u ZG htio kupiti AN7 sa Kingmax memorijom, pa su mu savjetovali da umjesto Kingmaxa uzme nesto drugo jer da se cesto kod te kombinacije desavaju ovakvi problemi. Ja sam na jednoj AN7 ploci zbog toga uzeo Samsung memoriju, rebootao sam ga desetak puta kod instaliranja softwera i nije bilo nnikakvih problema osim vec legendarnog loma polugice

meni AN7 radi savrseno... ima bugića, ali to se rjesi flashom biosa.

Čuj, ako ti radi savršeno, good for you.
Sebi ne bi kupio AN7, radije kupim nešto što je provjereno i istestirano do bola (8RDA+ ili NF7-S(L)). Možda sljedeću reviziju AN7, ovu ne. Previše je problema s tim Guruom, više štete nego koristi, IMHO.
NF7-S je ploča za Prave Muškarce (TM) (al ga i ja s**em)

OK, I flashed bios with new version an714.exe. Reboot and no more problem with boot. Nice and clear boot. Boot when computer is warm and cold is good, no problem. But no I have problem with stability of Windows. SOmetimes BLUS SCREEN. I did not change latency of memory. But now when I change in bios latency by SPD i get 2.5 3 3 8. Before it was 3 5 5 10. That means that bios read wrong latency form DDR RAM. I read somewhere that my memory couldnt work on 400MHz by 3 only on 333 MHz can 2.5. I think that i would change latency to 3 5 5 10 on 400 MHz and see what will happend. Iwould like to put CPU on 400 to make same with RAM. SOmething like 200x9=1800MHz. Is that OK. Do I need to change voltage(now 1.65V)?. Just to test it, maybe will work with same FSB. Just in mind I didnt buy this computer to play games or somthing else with hard work for computer, only for internet, movies, office work, easy stuff. Thx guys for help
Novo nije uvijek I najbolje. Flash biosa i vise nema problema sa bootanjem. Ocito da je bio problem i kod maticne i kod rama. Nekako su nespojivi. Prije dva dana mi je tip u servisu rekao da KingMax i Abit ne idu. Uvijek problemi. Errrrr. Sto mi to prije nije rekao. jos samo da rijesim postavke latencija. Nekako mi je cudno da bios cita sa novom verzijom BY SPD 2.5 3 3 8, a sa prijasnjom 3 5 5 10. Nekako mi to ne stima. Probat cu sa malo konzrevativnije 3 5 5 10 na 400. Vidim u biosu da mogu mijenjati multilikatore i FSB. Mislio sam na 200x9= 1800,koliko voltaza 1.7V? Nisam neki hardcore zagrizeni, htio bih samo stabilno racunalo. Hvala momci...

Kingmax i AN7 imaju problema, nažalost. Pisao sam u par navrata o tome. Meni je sad sve OK, imao sam pizdarije za upogoniti 1x512 MB RAM-a i 2x256 MB (sve King 433) u dual chanel, tj. u bilo koji rad.
Općenito ABIT ima problema s Kingom, to sam primjetio i na staroj NF7-SL. Došao si do zaključka i sam, novi BIOS, najbolje je jedan po jedan keks stavljati i da se naštimati...

Necete vjerovati gdje sam. U Internet Pointu. Poslije podne sam otisao do ducana gdje sam kupio RAM i zamijenio za novi. SAd su mi dali 2x256MB Samsung PC3200. Dosao kuci i uvalio novi RAM. Ja u BIOS a on se SMRZNE. Resert. Ja drugi put u bios a on se SMRZNE. Treci put sam uspio uci i najmestiti neke stvari. CPU na 333 11x166 1833, RAM na 333, 3 3 3 8 da radi sihrono sa CPU-om. I na bootanje WIndowsa. Kad ono opet ista stvar. Windows has detected.........mst shut down..... PLAVI EKRAN. Pa opet isto, ovaj put malo duze sam radio, 10.tak minuta. Za poluditi. A mislio sam da je RAM. I tako odoh ja na reinsatlaciju Windowsa. Prvi put ne dodem daleko, gdje moram odluciti za fresh instalacion ili REAPIR. I tu dode on, PLAVI EKRAN.!!!!!!!!!!! Restart. Pa opet na isto. Ovaj put uspijem formatirati disc i copyrati fileove na njega. Kad dodem do odabiranja regionalnih setingsa opet dode on PLAVI EKRAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tako opet, ovaj put malo dalje, kod upisivanja registrac. broja.. Ostavio sam sve i otisao u setnju. I eto me sad ovdje. Ne mogu vise. Mozda sutra, mozda prekosutra. Neznam. Sto se to dogada? SMRZAVANJE BIOSA prvi put cujem. Recite mi vi koji imate iskustva....

Nosi ploču na reklamaciju. Nemoguće da oba rama nevaljaju. Niš čudno, jebiga tvronička greška.
Ali ajd da budeš siguran. Odi doma, isčupaj napon, izvadi bateriju, ostavi preko noći, sutra ubaci jedan keks u uto broj 2 pa probaj instalirati windoze. Ak ne ide promjeni keks. Probaj isto tako otpojiti sve što ti ne treba (drugi optički uređaj i sl.) Ak ne ide- reklamiraj.
