Ryzen 3700X neće POST-ati
Imam Gigabyte Aorus B450 Elite, Ryzen 3700X i 16 GB RAM-a (2x8 GB). Ugasio sam komp da dodam još jedan 16 GB modul, ali zbog AIO hladnjaka montiranog na vrhu nisam mogao pravilno umetnuti novu RAM pločicu.

Glupavo sam pokušao ugurati je sa strane (znam, katastrofalna ideja). Nisam je na silu gurao, samo sam pokušao, shvatio da neće i odustao.

Kad sam ponovno upalio pc, više se ne pali (nema POST-a). Ventilatori se vrte, svjetla rade, ali nema slike, a na ploči svijetli “CPU” lampica i ne pomiče se dalje.

Probao sam:
Vadio RAM jedan po jedan i isprobavao svaki utor
Palio s i bez grafičke kartice
Resetirao CMOS (vadio bateriju)
Provjerio sve kabele i ponovno ih utaknuo
Provjerio hladnjak i ventilatore

Ništa ne pomaže – i dalje mrtvo, stoji na CPU lampici.

Moja teorija je da sam možda oštetio pinove u RAM utoru, što je napravilo kratki spoj i možda spržilo CPU ili matičnu ploču. Znam da je glupo i da sam sam kriv – ovo je cijena lijenosti.

Što još mogu napraviti da preciznije otkrijem kvar?

Bojim se kupiti drugi AM4 procesor da ne spržim i njega ako je ploča u kratkom spoju.

Jedna RAM pločica u bilo kojem utoru ne mijenja ništa? Ako ne - treba testirati drugom pločom - dakle pravac servis najbolje pa nek testiraju.

Jedna RAM pločica u bilo kojem utoru ne mijenja ništa? Ako ne - treba testirati drugom pločom - dakle pravac servis najbolje pa nek testiraju.
Nažalost ne, probao sam u sva 4 utora...

Najbolje u servis odfurat i pitati da ti oni istestiraju.

Iskreno, rađe bih da je ploča nego oboje. Iako bi bila dobra izlika za upgrade na AM5, ovako mogu samo uzeti neku ploču za 70e i riješio problem.

Da samo kupim na Amazonu i bubnem gore cpu pa ako ne radi / krepa mogu vratiti? Jer razmišljam ako je oboje otišlo, onda uzimam 9600X

A najbolje da uzmeš komp i odeš do nekon shopa koji sklapa kompove, naprave ti dijagnostiku, ostaviš im 30EUR i riješen problem, znat ćeš da li je problem ploča ili CPU.

Da li će ploča sjebat CPU, ne znam, ali jako rijetko sam to čuo.

U tome je kvaka - može biti i šansa je veća da je ali kupovat novo i vraćat samo da bi probao je malo neetički za potencijalne kupce vraćene robe jel? Servis ima sve na raspolaganju i može bez ovakvih "pothvata" testirati ispravnost računala. Onda fino kupiš ono što je krepalo i to je to. Ako pak je i proc u igri (manja šansa) ili i RAM (malo veća šansa) - opet moraš sam izvagat.

Ako nisi primijenio puno sile, onda ne vidim što si mogao oštetiti. Jedino ako nisi ogulio neku mini komponentu s ploče ili možda zarezao vodljivu liniju sa modulom. Ali to je svakako trebala biti malo veća sila. Ja ne bih rekao da je CPU oštećen, to su danas jako otporne kreature.
