Meni su klimu koja je bila na 37% otkazali i ponudili kupon od 20€ kao ispriku
Da, klimu... Znači ima nas više...
I sad se oni izvlače na neki shit u njihovom pravilniku, a zna se da je zakon iznad bilo čega...

Rekao bih da njihov način postupanja predstavlja zavaravajuću poslovnu praksu sukladno odredbi čllanka 37. stavka 6. Zakona o zaštiti potrošača koji kaže:
6. *pozivanje na kupnju proizvoda po određenoj cijeni, a zatim odbijanje da se potrošaču pokaže oglašavani proizvod ili odbijanje prihvaćanja narudžbe potrošača* odnosno dostave proizvoda u razumnom roku ili pokazivanje neispravnog primjerka proizvoda, a sve s namjerom promidžbe nekog drugog proizvoda

Ako imas screengrabove od cijene po kojoj je bilo oglaseno (pretpostavljam da su sad vec ispravili) i "kupljeno" a sad odbijaju prodati po toj cijeni onda probaj sa inspektoratom i trazi da ti prodaju po toj cijeni.
Neznam dali ce to upaliti ali nevidim sta drugo mozes probati.

Pa ok, to mislim, ako posalje screenshotove/mailove inspektoratu sa cijenom po kojoj je "kupio" kao dokaz i ostatka mozd amoze nesto "izvuci" ili bar da oni izvuku neku "pouku" za ubuduce jer ocito im to nije prvi put...

Ja sam je platio 1380€ prije par mjeseci u Veka-Ingu. Odlična je!

ma vidi sad čopora vukova...
nedavno se zbog istih grešaka tu ismijavalo pojedince da se ne idu ciganit za "par evra", da se greške događaju i da će firma za razliku teretit admina za web...a sad - svim raspoloživim sredstvima teška artiljerija sa inspetkoratom u zaleđu ...koji forum..

Pa nije kao da je bila 50€, bila je 800€, a njihovo opravdanje da taj iznos ne odgovara niti otprilike stvarnoj vrijednosti robe je baš pretjerivanje.

A između ostaloga, nek si srede sustav. Ovakvi slučajevi se u Mall-u događaju svake godine.

Ako je redovna cijena 1200, pa cijena od 800 nije nerealna. Zbilja trebaš biti zanimljiv IQ da ne učiš iz grešaka.
