bome meni jucer dosao sms da nema adresa kucni broj pa neka popunim podatke,sta je najgore i trebao mi doc paket pa sam skoro nasjeo...

Opet neki raspad sustava? Imam paket koji je dosao u hrvatsku u pon ali hrvatska posta tvrdi da jos nije dosao do njih - na trackingu royal maila vidim da je zadnji status released from customs u pon u zagrebu (ne bi trebalo biti nikakve naplate) dok HP na svom trackingu samo ima paket u najavi od petka kad je poslan paket.

I meni je neki manji amazon paket zaglavio vjerojatno na pošti. Nabijem ih kada ne napišu da nešto ide iz kine. Tracking stoji fiksno od 19/04.

Verovatno je jos uvek na carini , u zadnje vreme sve paketi iz engleske idu prvo na carinu , a dok ih carina pusti dalje zna biti i mjesec dana.

Tako da sve kaj dolazi iz Engleske ovisi koliko carinika ima da se to prode.
Mada ako ims srece pa je dulje od 2 tjedna na carini znaju kao ispriku ponistiti naplatu carine.



Tak je sa svime kaj dolazi iz okolice EU , zato ne narucujem vise iz GB (malo mi fali zavvi jer su imali odlicne cijene), NL , Finske , itd . Jer carina ih fakat pikira.

Standardna ažurnost HPa, meni je paket iz DE došao do ZG za 38 sati, i od utorka ujutro u 7, kada je HP potvrdio primitak pošiljke, stoji isti status i dakako, ništa još nije dostavljeno.
Tako da nije samo izvan EU paketi!

Dosao mi danas paket.

Na kraju nije posta bila nista kriva, iako paket ima standardni tracking format, u mom slucaju ANxxxxxxGB (mozda sam fulao koji x) i moze se traziti na posta.hr gdje i dalje stoji da je u najavi - paket mi je zapravo dostavio GLS.
A zasto je dugo trajalo, sender nije upisao tocan broj telefona pa me GLS nije mogao konatktirati (a ne mogu mi doc samo pozvnoniti na zvono jer treba znati broj stana).
Na kraju jesam pingao ove koji su poslali paket jucer jer mi je bilo glupo vec i nije mi bilo jasno sto se dogadja (a na royal mailu stoji da je na dostavi) i onda su oni shvatili da su sjebali broj telefona, poslali to GLSu i danas mi GLS dostavio paket.

U subotu me dočekao sandučić pun pošte. Mislio sam da sam falio dan pa sam pogledao kalendar. Stvarno je bila subota. Totalna zbunjola.

Idu subotom na veliko, nadoknađuju (ako uspijevaju nadoknaditi, možda samo odrade dovoljno da drže glavu iznad vode) zaostatke.

Ovo je baš lakrdija. Dakle, ti nesretni switchevi su izgleda pred mjesec i pol dana došli u HR, našao sam ih danas u sandučiću (na opće iznenađenje) a tracking kaže da su se vratili natrag

Paket dosao u dva dana iz DE u HR.
Sest dana od ZG-a do RI.
10.06 posiljka navodno urucena meni, sto nije tocno.
Otisao u moj postanski ured, kao oni ne mogu nista, dali mi izlist gdje se vidi kao da sam ja potpisao posiljku, sto nije tocno.
Napisao prigovor ali naravno oni su to odbacili jer sam ja navodno primio posiljku, jer te male kao ubace u sanducic, a ovo nema sanse da je moglo stati unutra, a cak sam i pitao susjede, da li je mozda nekome ostavio, naravno da nije.
A taj da sam ja bio stalno kuci jer sam bio bolestan>

I sto sad? Uzeo sam nesto preko ebaya, ne mogu reci covjeku da nisam dobio jer vidi prema trackingu da mi je uruceno.

Kakva nakupina nesposobnjakovica.

acer, ako to što oni tebi pokazuju nije tvoj potpis, onda sve što ti predstoji je da im prijetiš advokatom zbog krivotvorenja potpisa. Ne znam što se drugo tu može uraditi.

Pozdrav, naručivao sam u zadnjih par mjeseci neke sitnice sa Aliexpress-a i uglavnom sve mi je to jako brzo stiglo i sve je bilo dostavljeno u jednoj vrećici putem Overseas Express-a i nisam nikada platio nikakvu naknadu/carinu. Zadnja narudžba isto od par sitnih artikala koju sam naručio prije skoro 2 mjeseca, nikako da stigne. I sad je počelo prije par dana stizati putem HP-a, i to odvojeno komad po komad i doslovno svaki puta naplate neku njihovu naknadu od skoro 3€. Znači, stignu mi neki sitni magneti vrijednosti cca. 1.50 € ili neka naljepnica vrijednosti 0.50 € i svaku takvu sitnicu mi posebno dostave i naplate njihovu naknadu. O čemu se tu radi i imaju li pravo to činiti? Ja sam mislio da je sav PDV ili carina plaćena prilikom kupnje. Imam užasna iskustava sa HP-om i mislim da namjerno ovo rade, imam li se pravo žaliti? Pitao sam poštara o čemu se radi, a on mi tvrdi da on ne zna, da je vjerojatno carina u pitanju.

Ja nisam za sada dobivao takve čestitke. Ne znam je li to nešto novo. Kad naručujem s Alija da obično uzmem isti item preko onih coinsa ili na nekoj drugoj promociji jer u pravilu mi onda to dostavi overseas i njima nisam nikada ništa plaćao. Čak mi je nedavno prvi put pošiljku s Amazona dostavio overseas što me iznenadilo. Čekam još neke stvari, pa ako bude preko HP-a i naplate mi, javim.

Overseas ovdje kod mene već dulje vremena dovozi amazon, dio uzme i DPD. Pitanje tko tu koga podugovara.

Tih 3€ što hapne HP moguće da je isto kao onih nekadašnjih 5KN gdje bi ti naplatili uslugu trackinga. Kojeg ti nikada nisi niti dobio a pošiljke često bile bez obzira na tracking izgubljene.

Pretpostavljam da se neki glavonja sjetio nove gluposti kako da rastereti posrnuo preduzeće.

Na svaku takvu pošiljku sam reko da vrate nazad i prijavio sam da nije dostavljena.

Kupio bi onda ponovno i došlo bi DPDom ili na boxnow bez ikakve naplate

Zvao sam kontakt službu HP-a, da ih pitam o čemu se radi. Oni se ograđuju, da zovem carinu, da njih pitam. Da oni samo naplate ono što carina naloži. Nije mi jasno, zar se ocarinjuju tako male stvari tipa 1-2 € i zar već ti troškovi nisu plaćeni kod kupnje? Ma muljaža teška...

Dobro je mrva_zg napisao, drugi put ću odbiti preuzeti pošiljku, jer kako je krenulo, oni su ovu pošiljku što sam zajedno naručio, razdvojili na više vrećica i sad će mi jednu po jednu dostavljati svakih par dana i pokušati za svaku naplatiti naknadu, iako sve skupa nema ni 10 € sveukupne vrijednosti.

Dosli mi prosli tjedan cepici gumeni mali od 1 cm, na zeljeznim stupovima da popunim rupe od nosaca od stare satelitske. Naplaceno 2,70e, ti cepici kostaju 0,99e. Mislio sam da je nesto drugo, skuplje. Da sam znao sto je, odbio bih. Nije mi tako sigurno dolazilo vec sigurno 2 godine, uvijek Overseas

Nisu naplaćivali uslugu trackinga, već su naplaćivali isporuku malih paketa (PP) dok im x godina kasnije nije rečeno da na to nemaju pravo prema pravilima Međunarodne poštanske unije.

Što se tiče malih paketa sada i za njih bi se trebao odraditi IOSS i prodavač bi trebao naplatiti PDV. Jesi li dobio račun za to što si platio? Koja vrsta shippinga je bila na Aliexpressu? Kakav tracking broj ti je stajao u pošiljku na Aliju? Kakve su bile naljepnice, odakle je pošiljatelj, itd.

Gospođa u pošti mi je u više navrata objašnjavala to na način da oni naplaćuju to što na male pakete lijepe tracking. I stvarno ga jesu lijepili.

Dok, makar u mojem slučaju, 90% tih malih pošiljki mi nisu niti isporučivali. U više navrata je bilo veselo u poštanskom uredu Zato su vjerojatno ljudima i prodavali i priču o trackingu jer naplate isporuke koja se ne dogodi pa se stoga i nadrkalo dosta ljudi.

U zadnje vrijeme su u mojoj lokalnoj pošti (općinskoj) počeli ljude slati u najbližu gradsku, jer ih pošiljka tamo "čeka". Bilo je nekoliko puta baš jako veselo u uredu. Ljudi se žeste možda na krivom mjestu, ali ta razina bezobrazluka mora izazvati određeni, i vrlo razumljivi, revolt.

Stavka u cjeniku se zvala "Dostava malog paketa - uručenje malog paketa na dostavi". Izvorno su je naplaćivali samo prilikom uručenja izvan poštanskog ureda (i "male pakete" iz Kine i domaće pošiljke "pakete" koji se i predaju i besplatno uručuju u poštanskom uredu), a 2016. su se bili dodatno obezobrazili, preimenovali stavku u cjeniku u "Uručenje malog paketa" i počeli je naplaćivati čak i prilikom uručenja u poštanskom uredu. Te godine sam dobio tumačnje HAKOM-a da je to legalno, do 2019. su se predomislili i zaključili da nije.
To su radili jer jer su smatrali da imaju veliki deficit u prometu s Kinom i jer HAKOM nije bolio kurac što se događa iako je od prvog dana bilo ilegalno.

Sadašnje male pošiljke koje idu preko Cainiao Savera u HR preko Mađarske ista su kategorija, samo ti mali paketi idu "na račun" mađarske pošte i od 2019. HP ih ne smije naplaćivati.

The game is rigged, and nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don't care about you at all -- at all -- at all. And nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. That's what the owners count on; the fact that Americans will probably remain willfully ignorant of the big red, white and blue dick that's being jammed up their assholes everyday. Because the owners of this country know the truth: it's called the American Dream, because you have to be asleep to believe it.

Poziv od Telekoma: “Dobar dan, primjetili smo da ste odbili naš paket. Možemo li znati u čemu je problem?”
- “Nisu mi dostavili doma nego su me zvali u poštu da dođem po to”
- “Žao nam je, velike su gužve…”
- “Plaćeno je da dođe doma. Ne pada mi na pamet da gubim vrijeme u poštanskom uredu.”

Par dana poslije opet isto. Ovaj puta se retorika zaoštrila. Rekoh da me nije briga za očito prešutni dogovor između njih i pošte da će pošta debelo dampati cijene i a da paketi neće biti isporučivani na adrese.

I sad treći puta šalju…
