Novi sam na forumu i imam jedno pitanje koje je meni važno. naime kupio sam stvar na aliexpress 27.05.2014. i dobio sam trucking number i sve do danas ga nisam mogao vidjeti. Tj kada ga ukucam ne izbacuje mi ništa. Naručio sam mobitel od 97 dolara i danas mi se javi seller kao mobitel je prošao China post ali nije prošao DHL i ne može se isporučiti. I nudi mi refundaciju od 10 dolara. I stalno mi kažem da prihvatim refundaciju a ja to nisam još prihvatio jer ne znam šta mi nudi i sumnjivo mi jer sa stvar platio 97 dolara a on meni nude refundiranje od 10 dolara. molim savjet šta i kako da uradim i da g prijavim kako bih dobio svoje dolare nazad. javio mi je slijedeće:

Ja: I did not understand your answer. I paid 97 USD item and expect a refund of 97 USD. Can you send someone else Logistics? I want the entire sum of money from 97 USD or goods which I duly bought!

Molim da mi netko kaže kako postupiti i što da vratim novac nazad ili dobijem mobitel!???

Otvorio sam Dispute i dopisivao sam se sa sellerom i nudi mi 10 dolara kompenzacije za robu koja je bila 97 dollara. Prijavio sam sellera aliexpressu i dobio sam sliejdeći mail (po meni obećavajući):

our order 62330261418175 has been frozen due to suspicious seller activity
