tl;dr: BAD cable. Shield intermittent/missing due to questionable manufacturing. Poor performance.

tl;dr: Noncompliant charger. Printed and advertised levels do not match actual capabilities. Inconsistent overload protection. It may not work on certain laptops and high-power devices.

tl;dr: Safe but middling quality at best. Packaging has nice fit and finish. But IR drop (.31v) is absolutely excessive.
+AUKEY "24W" USB-PD Dual Port 12v car charger [Model CC-Y7].
tl;dr: Bad -- provable on two points, "spidey sense" on another (due to lack of test equipment). Mismatch in safety markings (24w) vs claimed capacity (36w), goes outside USB-PD voltage thresholds. CC line errors, dubious overload behavior.
