Nakon 6 dana kemijanja, evo riješenja. Da sad ne prevodim ovo sam objavio na Synologiy forumu:
Downgrade from DSM 6.0 beta 2 0 => DSM 5.2 5644 (Update 3) on DS416j
STEPS:
0) Backup all my data
1) Connect over SSH using PUTTY and edit VERSION file (located in my case /etc.defaults/VERSION
=> a) Connect using admin account or account with admin privileges
=> b) Enter: Sudo vi /path/to/version.file (in my case "Sudo vi /etc.defaults/VERSION")
=> c) Changed VERSION file to:
majorversion="5"
minorversion="2"
buildphase="hotfix"
buildnumber="5640"
smallfixnumber=3
builddate=2015/12/17
buildtime="18:26:46"
2) Downgrade my NAS by uploading DSM 5.2 firmware
3) Take out my drives and connect them to my PC (I used mine HDD USB3.0 docking station because I have Laptop)
4) Delete All partitions on each HDD (I used Paragon Partition Manager 15 Professional)
5) Shut down my NAS
6) Inserted back my HDD (unformatted)
7) (Here I don't remember if I needed to
8) Insert drives back to NAS
9) Booted up NAS and followed First Start Wizard
10) Managed my NAS from scratch (I have setting backup, but I rather do it over again to be sure everything is clean)
I can confirm everything works as new !
