Poslao 2 maila. Odgovor na prvi:
"We are currently working on a solution to your problem and kindly ask you to be a bit more patient. We apologize for the delay."
Na drugi (pitao kolko će trajat):
"Unfortunately, we cannot give a time frame at the moment.
I know this is inconvenient, rest assured we are hard at work to solve this matter."
