To i mene zanima, tj jel ga neko uspjesno fleshao s nekim drugim FW?
Upute koje sam nasao su mi potpuno nejasne, pa nikako da se odlucim probat.

Evo da vam malo pomognem. Koga zanima flash za Huawei B525S-23A neka pogleda ovaj video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bs1-m1xgcn8&t=319s i neka skine komplet za flashanje sto je lik na opisu videa stavio. Ja sam danas to rijesio i koristio sam samo ovo sa njegovog linka. Mogu i uploadat negdje pa posaljem i link.

1. Extract B525.zip in Desktop for what's in the video to do or easy to follow.
2. Open ADB DRIVERS folder.
3. Right click DriverSetup.exe and run as administrator.
4. Check with the task manager if the DriverSetup.exe process is still in progress, when it is lost means that it is finished mainstall.
5. Go back to the B525 folder, then open the HUAWEI DRIVERS folder.
6. Right click DriverSetup.exe and run as administrator.
7. Check the task manager if the DriverSetup.exe process is still in progress, when it is lost means that it is finished mainstall.
Note: If you are a Windows 10 user, open usbfix.reg in the B525 folder to correct the drivers error.
8. Prepare the modem, attach the 1 and 2 soldered in front of the modem.
9. Plug the adapter together when the 1 and 2 are soldered in front of the modem.
10. When the modem does not shine, it means that your glue sticks to 1 and 2 are soldered in front of the modem. You can delete your attachment.

14. Open B525s-65a_Balong_USB_Loader_1.0.1.10.exe and wait 100%.

Note: Before you can proceed to the next step, make sure that the 3 ports are set to the device manager.
16. Open the B525s-23a_Update_11.190.65.00.00_AT_04.01.exe.
17. Click the start.
18. When the Ready to download program is out, do not switch the computer or connect the modem to computer to avoid having a flashing problem.
19. When the flash is over, all the leds are flashing. Remove the USB to USB connector.
20. When a wifi signal has been established, the adapter is dropped into the modem.
21. Repeat the 8-15 process.
22. Open the B525s-65a_11.190.61.00.372_Huawei_RELOADED_v2_2019.exe
23. When the flash is over, all the leds are flashing. Remove the USB to USB connector.
24. Reset the modem by holding button on the back of the modem.
