Ja se borim vec 10ak dana sa takvim problemima, smrzne se start i onda sam probao sve moguce cake sa neta i nista ne radi...ako idem preko powershella, proradi start ali obrise sve ms aplikacije i tu je kraj. Danas sam probao windows repair tweak app i nakon sto sve odradi pise
