Right click on Windows Start Button I Device Manager I Dvd/cd-Rom Drives I expand it and uninstall all drivers listed there (uncheck the option of "delete" if asked). Now right click on "Name" and scan for hardware changes (twice). Reboot the system if the problem persists.

Right click on Windows Start Button I Device Manager I Dvd/cd-Rom Drives I open the dvd driver I Driver I click on "Roll Back" Restart your pc after Rolling back!
