TeamViewer purchases have 7 days grace period, which means that if the customer sends us a written request within a week after the purchase we can go ahead and cancel the purchase. After the grace period we may not cancel the order.
In order to complete the purchase, one must agree with Terms&Conditions, which has been done. In addition to that, customer receives an invoice to his/her e-mail address.
Please also refer to the following statement on the invoice; "The license is subject to our end-user license agreement which is available at www.teamviewer.com/eula. By activating the license you agree to be bound by its terms."
I have checked our records and I could not find a written request to you in within the grace period. Therefore we may not cancel the order.
However, if you reply with a request to terminate the auto renewal for the upcoming year, we will proceed with your request and send you a confirmation. However, please remember that the currently outstanding invoice still needs to be settled.

Znači u prijevodu: niste tražili otkazivanje usluge unutar 7 dana (mogao sam bit na putu i u nemogućnosti odgovorit), zato fuck you sada morate platiti.
Ali kao dobri smo, pa pazi ovo...možete odmah sada cancelirati auto renewal za naredne godine. Jer ako ga ne cancelirate, onda vam automatski šaljemo račune i za naredne godine.
