The AN68SD, is aimed at both existing Socket AM2 processors and new Socket AM2+ Phenom CPUs from AMD. It's somewhat of a budget-oriented offering, as it's based on the nForce 520D chipset and includes only one PCI Express x16 slot, four 300MB/s Serial ATA ports, and one Gigabit Ethernet port. Nonetheless, it uses passive heatsinks and heat pipes to cool its chipset and processor power circuitry, and it includes some of Abit's enthusiast-oriented features including SoftMenu BIOS overclocking software and an external switch to clear the CMOS.
