Some skins will be exclusive and some won't and will be available in-game. Generally the skins that are connected to the campaign like the "I got your back" or the vote skins will not be offered after the campaign is over or as an in-game purchase. They're meant to be flare to show you were the backers that made Star Citizen possible. CR
