Pitanje vezano uz Gigabyte support: Grafička kartica je kupljena u Austriji, postoji račun austrijskog webshopa, ja bi bio drugi vlasnik.

Kakav je Gigabyte support i da li bi bio problem ostvariti garanciju u slučaju potrebe? I da li se može negdje provjeriti status garancije putem serijskog broja?
Evo i odgovora od Gigabyte-a:
If you purchased the card from a private seller, it is better to get original invoice from the seller because warranty is provided by original purchase retailer and we cannot guarantee the support to second hand items. If the seller lost the document, you may face trouble to get warranty support in the future. Therefore, you may consider to return the product or it is possible that you have to get future warranty support from the private seller.

Ako dobro čitam, izgleda da nije transferabilna garancija.
