Also no one really knows why they’re attracted to electronics, but they definitely are. Probably some evolutionary advantage that helps them in some other way and happens to also trigger on electronics. Yes they will eat at the cables and stuff, not necessarily FOR food but probably searching for food. They will eventually destroy electronics if let unchecked.
