The new fluid (jws3324) is low viscosity and thus presents a bit less drag and power loss when pumping it around the place and particularly in the torque converter. The lubricating properties, additive package, detergents, etc are broadly similar.
So, basically, no harm will come if you use jws3309, but you may lose out on some fuel economy.
