Bok,

Imam neki paket sa ebaya koji nije stigo a onaj krajnji rok dostave je prosao prije 10ak dana ( a cekam ga od 9 mjeseca). Prekjucer sam podigo dispute za full refund i sad me seller nesto cima da trebam zatvorit case i obratiti se paypalu ?

Nisam ziher jel me navlaci pa da kliknem "resolved" ili je to normalna praksa ?

Kaze ovako:

"Please close the dispute and go to paypal to apply for the dispute of the unreceived goods, you can get compensation]"

"If you can't work something out with the seller, you can ask us to step in beginning Nov. 30."
