Ne znam kak je sa 2007 ali 2003 = Format cells > Tab Number > Category: Number > Decimal Places: 2
I sad za izmjeniti decimalni separator.
Možeš sistemski u CP pod "Regional and Language Options" ili možeš samo u excelu pod Tools > Options > International > Number handling makneš kvačicu sa use system i staviš željeni separator pod "Decimal separator"
